Nice
It was nice and clean. Not fond of the location right off the highway but luckily it was not a busy time so the traffic was not an issue. We had an issue with the hot tub erroring and since it was kind of late we didn’t contact the manager until the next day, which we were leaving so it didn’t matter at that point. Overall it was clean and quiet.

Glad you enjoyed your stay Chrissy! Upon checkout, it appears you had put the hot tub into "eco mode" so it began to cool down. If you would have reached out to me that evening, I would've gladly sent instructions to get it back into the regular setting but you didn't let me know. I'm always available to help with any issue. :)

Enjoyable
Other than being a little too close to the main road, we had a very relaxing and restful weekend. My wife is recovering from cancer surgery and this was a much needed escape. We were not disappointed. Thank you Callie for being such an amazing host.

Great location!!
The place was great, very relaxing, but a little close to the main highway, the hot tub was good, but I think it needs maintenance, the temperature kept getting cold. I also think that you need to upgrade the bathroom shower unit, it was a weak stream. But other than that, it was good.

Thanks for bringing these things to my attention Patrick, I will look into them. If something is not satisfactory during your stay, you are always welcome to reach out. Often, guests accidentally put the hot tub in “eco mode” which cools the temperature. We have it checked between each guest. Glad you enjoyed your getaway!

Birthday weekend escape
My husband and I booked this cabin for our birthday weekend. We will definitely be back! I am usually very skeptical of cleanliness and this cabin was so clean and perfect.The host, Callie, was very responsive and great to work with. Looking forward to next year!

Amazing Cabin
Check in process was efficient, cabin was warm and cozy upon arrival even during a snowy day. Host is very friendly and responsive. Had an excellent stay.

Cute spot for a getaway
This is a great little spot just off the beaten path that allows you the feel of being away from it all. All the comforts of home with just enough romantic feel to make a perfect weekend. They just was amazing and made was available through text and she made sure our visit was perfect.

Cool getaway.
Much needed escape from Phoenix heat to cooler climes in Heber-Overgaard. The cabin and all that was a part of the week's rental was as stated. Very clean with furnishings and supplies as promised. Friendly interchanges with owner.

Home away from home
This cabin was very cozy. Perfect for a couples getaway. My husband and I really loved our stay here and our host Callie was very pleasant and responsive to every questions or issues we had. We 100% recommend to any couple who wants to have a romantic peaceful getaway.

Anniversary stay
This cozy little cabin was perfect for me and my wife. It was relaxing and peaceful, the hot tub was an added bonus. There is also plenty to do within a 30 min to 40 min drive in each direction. The ease of check-in and check-out was nice. The property owner was very responsive to any questions or needs we had. We would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a quiet get away from the kids and or the everyday hustle and bustle of life.
