“Booked and confirmed room was sold to someone else. We were given an attic, 26 degrees, impossible to sleep. After forwarding our complaint, we were offered total refund , except tax. We accepted. Later we noticed this promise was not fulfilled. We sa someone who stayed at the same hotel were tricked on their promised refund for four days. Guests having breakfast in lobby! The only positive with this hotel is locatiin. Wouldn’t stay there again!”

“A nice hotel in the middle of the Locarno. The man in the reception was really helpful and service minded. We got help eäwith both parking anfäd nice places to visit. A bit poor breakfast but a charmig location with a french balcony towards the street. It was really warm days and the fan had to short cord so the windows needed to be open why the noises from the street were disturbing. The room was spacious so there was a great familyroom. Close to restaurants, shops and adventures. ”

“The staff were very nice, and the hotel has a great location in the middle of the city, only a few minutes by foot to all the sights. The hotel is located in an older building but it is very well maintained. Our room was fresh and airy but still had character. For the price we were surprised by the quality of the hotel. ”
