Our happy home is convenient to BWI, Balto/Wash, art & culture, great restaurants. You’ll love our special home with its big front porch, the neighborhood, comfy beds, exercise room, pool table room, the bathtub with jets, built for two, the large space, but still the coziness, the full kitchen, its charm, its history -built in 1775, updated 2001. The space
Our 5000+ square foot home has a spacious layout, very uplifting with lots of color...probably because I am an artist! You can live in this beautiful home for a month or by the year. It's got everything that a new home has, plus the charm and history. It just will make you smile to experience its loveliness. It's also a perfect for companies needing a temporary or permanent home for employees, a movie set, or for anyone who just wants to get away and still be close to DC and Balto. Enjoy the views for every season.....this home is a real gem for 2 or 6!

Guest access
You will be able to use all 5000 square feet of space...the entire house, including my beloved art studio, all except for small downstairs office. everything else listed you will be able to use and enjoy! Each of our guests in our beautiful home have the same reaction- they can't wait to return! Check out several photos of many of our rooms...can't wait for you to book!!

Other things to note
Our home is also available by month, or year, if needed. And of course 2-3 weeks!!

Had everything we needed

Good location in a quiet neighborhood. We really appriciated the uniqueness of this large, very historical home. I would recommend highly.

Charming home away from home

My family loved our stay! It was not easy to find a large furnished home in this area. We have 2 young girls and 2 college aged sons who want their privacy and we all found a place to get cozy/settle in in this house.My favorite room is the first floor family room with a large cozy couch and tv that we hooked up to our fire stick it was right off of the kitchen so perfect for our toddler to hang out. My teens loved the pool table and the movie room in the basement. The master bedroom is huge and private with a large bathroom. We celebrated Easter as well as a Birthday during our stay and had room for company to celebrate. The yard and porch are so much fun with plenty of room for the kids to run and play. We loved the porch swing. If you look for a furnished home in this area you won’t find a better price, This home is in a great neighborhood, I took long walks daily and got to know many of the lovely neighbors. This is an older historic home so it is quirky but as someone who has lived in a 100+ year old home you can tell it is loved. We had a small issue with the a/c and the owner took care of it immediately and was able to be reached right away. We loved our stay and I miss the elliptical machine and privacy, ❀:)
