“This place is cute and very clean. Breakfast was nice with a few choices. This was not in the heart of town but I knew that. Going in to Camden was not far and a beautiful drive. We liked both areas and the room.”

“Everything was very nice. Everyone was very pleasant. The only thing I will say unfortunately the screen on our sliding door blew off during the windstorm we were there the weekend. It was very foggy about a week ago, and when you walked in to the building the hallway kind of reminded me of a con bless in Home smell in our room was a very musty smell, but otherwise the day was fine. The coffee was amazing and the people were amazing what I stay there again possibly”

“We loved our stay - unfortunately the rooftop was under maintenance so we couldn't use it. The level of service was outstanding though as my daughters left something in their room, and the staff quickly advised and then posted it back to us free of charge.”

“We absolutely loved our stay at the Rockland Talbot House. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was very, very comfortable. The property is a beautiful, well kept house from the 1800's with lots of character and original pieces. The Inn has a wonderful coffee machine with hot lattes, cereal, oatmeal, muffins and other pastries for breakfast as well as fresh fruit, juices and yogurt. The Rockland Talbot House is only a few blocks away from downtown Rockland and for those of you who love...

“Soap and shampoo poor quality/quantity. No response for light bulb replacement. Breakfast not as advertised. satisfactory for budget minded people.”

“We had a whole cottage with a spa bath and a separate bedroom to ourselves. The bed was comfortable! Besides a few splatters on the wall in the kitchenette area and the bathroom, this place was CLEAN. We loved sitting on the "porch" (had two chairs and a small table) and take in the environment with the beautiful flower beds. Breakfast was lovely (real mugs!) with two exceptions. The hot water for e.g. tea had slight taste of coffee, i.e. the thermoses for hot water only and coffee were not kept...

“Beautiful inn and nice breakfast. Very helpful and hospitable hosts. Keep in mind that the bed in room 7 is quite small for a couple. The amenities, soaps and shampoos were tiny and not good quality. If those were upgraded, I would have given it a 5 star.”

“Loved, loved, loved it! Right downtown Camden. We walked to the Grand Harbor Inn for supper looking over the harbor then on to the Camden Cove for Ice Cream. We walked back licking our ice cream cones. The unit was super clean, the beds were comfy, and the shower was hot! We had a continental breakfast the next morning in the kitchen (avocado toast) while chatting with another guest. We totally recommend this place!”

“Beautiful quaint hotel, they definitely took the time to decorate and add amenities to the rooms. We stayed in the Paris room and loved it. The hotel is in walking distance to downtown Camden, so much to do. I highly recommend staying there.”
