We are excited to welcome you to our charming, light-filled Oxford getaway! Ideally situated just 1 mile from the Square, 1.3 miles to the University, and 1 mile from Baptist Hospital, the house is located in a quiet, tucked-away community that you'll love coming home to at the end of a busy Oxford day. With close proximity to major travel arteries, you can hop in your car and be anywhere in Oxford within five minutes!

The house features 3 bedrooms, all on second floor, and all well-appointed with high-end cotton sheets and bedding. Bedroom #1 (Master) has a king bed, full updated master bath (with hair dryer), and a large TV. Bedrooms #2 and #3 each have a queen bed, and share a full bath (with hair dryer). Kitchen is updated with modern appliances and luxury finishes, and is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, Keurig combo drip and K-Cup coffee machine, Ninja blender (2 sizes), and quality cookware. There is a dedicated laundry room just off the kitchen with full washer and dryer, and a half-bath on the main level.

Enjoy complimentary high-end toiletries in all the bathrooms, Keurig coffee pods, laundry pods/dryer sheets, toilet paper, and paper towels.

Relax on the comfy living room sofa and watch a game on the large TV (house has WiFi and a Roku TV with all the streaming apps), or retreat to the back patio and enjoy some time outdoors. This is the perfect place to be for all Ole Miss Family and Sports weekends, as well as for shorter-term stays for nurses/medical personnel who need to be close to the hospital. It's ideally situated for exploring the restaurants, shops, and cultural experiences of beautiful Oxford, as well as those of her growing neighbor communities (think Taylor and Water Valley)!
