Tucked away on three peaceful acres near Sardis Lake, our cozy private lower-level guest suite feels like a little retreat in the woods - while still being just 9 miles from the Ole Miss campus, 6 miles from mTrade Park and minutes from everything Oxford has to offer.

The suite is located on the lower level of our split-level home with its own private entrance and outdoor area on a quiet side of the property. We live upstairs, but your space is completely separate. Inside you’ll find a comfortable double bed with luxurious European bedding, a sleeper sofa, private bathroom and fully stocked kitchenette.

Outside is where our little property really comes to life. Start your morning with coffee on our one-of-a-kind tree deck in the sky, relax in the net hammock, let your inner child take a turn on the big swing, or spend the evening around the fire pit watching the sun go down.

You’ll also meet the residents of The Coop @ 182 - our very spoiled collection of chickens who live their best lives here and lay eggs in just about every color you can imagine: blue, green, pink, gray, olive, chocolate and more. When the girls are cooperating, we’re happy to share fresh farm eggs with our guests.

Wander around the property and you’ll find gardens, a wildflower pollinator area, unusual driftwood and eclectic little surprises tucked into unexpected places. At night, lights throughout the garden give the property an entirely different kind of magic.

Just beyond our little retreat is Sardis Lake, with plenty of opportunities nearby for boating, fishing, hunting, hiking or simply finding a quiet spot to watch one of our beautiful Mississippi sunsets.

You’ll feel tucked away in the country, but Oxford, Ole Miss, restaurants, shopping and game-day excitement are only minutes away.

A little good-to-know: Because we live upstairs, you may occasionally hear normal household noise from above. Your guest suite, entrance and outdoor area are private, and we’re close by if you need anything while otherwise leaving you to enjoy your stay.
