Underbar enkelvåning, två sovrum med två badrum, båtbrygga hem. Det första som möter ditt öga när du öppnar dörren till detta vackra hem, är det fantastiska hårda trägolvet i ett smakfullt inredda öppet vardagsrum med en 60-tums platt-TV med spelkonsol och wifi. De vackra möblerna i hela hemmet ger en känsla av avkoppling det ögonblick du kommer in, och båtbryggan tillgänglig matplats / sittgrupp på uteplatsen utökar känslan av avkoppling vid havet, bara för att rivaliseras av upplevelsen av att ta 12-sitsig duffy båt för en avkopplande eftermiddagskryssning runt hamnen (som kan hyras mot en extra avgift).
På natten kan du slå dig ner i sovrummet och sova 2 personer på sin bekväma drottningssäng och njuta av en film på 50-tums platt-TV, eller slå dig ner i det andra sovrummet med en egen drottning och en 30 tums platt-TV.

Channel Islands Getaway

This house was perfect for my Sister's birthday week. A great location with fantastic views! The home has everything you need for a great weekend! Highly recommend!

Labor Day weekend getaway

We had a wonderful time at this rental property. It’s in a great location for walking or biking to the harbor and the farmers market. The amenities are fabulous! Having the beach chairs, beach umbrellas , and beach bikes was a huge plus👍🏼👍🏼 It was a very hot weekend for Oxnard so thank goodness the owner left fans! We are all our meals out on the beautiful deck and enjoyed watching the boats go by. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family :)

Summer on Gateshead Bay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I really enjoyed the location of this house and access to the Duffy boat. The houses amenities were acceptable-plenty of linens but skimpy cooking utensils. Bathrooms were redone & nice but kitchen was very tired. Worse thing was the sliding doors were corroded & could barely be opened. Also lack of screens allowed insects & a hermit crab to find there way in. Overall, house was above average.

Reviewer Comments: We were a little skeptical about renting a house during this Covid 19 era, but when my friend who also stayed there previously assured me about cleaness and neatness about the house we were convinced. It's a well maintained and tastefully decorated house which sits right on the channel. We enjoyed the balcony, the duffy and the quietness of the area a lot. There's a garage but no direct access from the house but the house is on a cul de sac type of street so there wasn't much traffic. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend it.

we loved our week here! The house was set up and stocked perfectly with everything you might need, the beds were super comfortable and the deck was cool and relaxing. The highlight for us was having the boat- we loved cruising around the marina. Would highly recommend this house and will come back!
