We had a fabulous stay at this home in Oxnard at the end of June 2026. The home was spacious, comfortable, and clean. There was more than enough room for our family of four and our dog. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could need, and the garage had all kinds of beach chairs and boogie boards for use. This house was located just a few homes away from a very accessible path to the beach. The yard was fully enclosed so we had peace of mind letting our dog wander a bit in the back. Communication with the ReMax property managers was easy and they were very quick to respond. We loved our stay and would absolutely love to stay there again sometime!!

great location and nice layout

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our weekend stay. This house is a very short, easy walk to the beach. Close enough that you can walk back to use the restroom or get that forgotten item conveniently. The layout is also nice for multiple families. The suite downstairs is almost its own unit with its own kitchen/patio/bathroom. This makes it convenient for two families, or perhaps grandparents on the first floor, other families on top etc. Clean, easy check in/check out, would recommend.

Great time was had by all

The house was great and accommodated all 10 of us comfortably. The downstairs kitchen didn't have the appliances hooked up, but the upstairs kitchen was great. There were tons of towels for the beach, beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards. Silver Strand is windier than I thought it would be. The little town is cute and walkable. Not a lot of restaurants but we can recommend the Strandwhich for breakfast or lunch. Have fun! We did.
