“Everything was perfect in the most imperfect life we live in. I was surprised so many times by friendly respectable staff. The guests were very kind and the owners ....amazing! These listed are my reasons for 5 star. In this life there are a rare few who shine their light in the dark. This treasure of a gem packs kindness full. The hot water lasted a very long time. The heater worked fantastic, as did the AC when * got too hot. Thank you for a fantastic life experience!!! CharisaaG”

“We always stay here when we are in town. This year it was packed due to shootout. We had reserved a dock and ours was takin at the end of the night. The mananagment was very accommodating. They have always been very nice. There door greater there is so great with people.”

“The lodge is nice and charming. Pool areas good and water clean. The rooms are dated, but ours was clean and good. The bar and restaurants are okay. I guess the staff is Midwest nice, but maybe a little bit lazy. I don’t get the feeling anyone would go the extra mile to make my stay better. But with the price tag it’s good value for money, I would go back.”
