This was a great place to stay. Very nice little quiet neighborhood. Great accommodations. The host was very quick to reply to our questions and so accomodating.

Great location and stay

Very great accommodations and location. Comfy beds, open floor plan, great for kids and pets too! Property manager was great and easy to talk to and was accommodating to our needs. Will definitely stay here again!

New, clean, well-stocked house!

Good location, beds were very comfortable, house is spacious and kitchen had anything you'd need. We had dogs with us and they loved the fenced backyard! Thank you!

Great and comfortable

House is quiet, clean, and comfortable. The king master bed is soft (in a good way). Easy access to university and south to Branson. Wouldn’t hesitate to rent again.

Perfect Ozark location

This was a beautiful property. Easy freeway access, but in a quiet residential neighborhood. Well appointed! Only negatives were we could not access any local TV channels to watch the World Series and there wee no trash bags. We would definitely stay at this property again.

The property was very nice and the location was great. However, the duplex was very dirty. We had to change and wash our sheets, as the bed had not been changed. When we contacted the property manager, he stated we could wash the sheets ourselves and told us where the detergent was. The kitchen counters were filthy and the sink had food that had been left in it. The correct tv network and password were never provided to us, so we were 3 days without tv. When contacting the property management company, we were given the incorrect network name and password 2 times. The property itself was very nice. We were refunded a very small portion of what we paid for the inconvenience. It was not a good experience at all. Very sad for such a nice place. Management was not accommodating at all.

Very disappointing

The house is as it appears on line except the patio is not empty but has cushioned couches, some of which you can't sit on because they back up into windows with large spider webs full of dead bugs. The neighborhood is new and very walkable. Close to everything. Well stocked. Superficially it appears clean, but we had some issues. Since Covid, I have the habit, when staying at a rental or hotel, to wipe down surfaces with disinfecting wipes and spraying upholstered items with Lysol. My wiping cloths were dirty from all the kitchen surfaces as well as the shelves in the walk-in closet and the bathroom surfaces. The refrigerator needed wiping out. Some of the white kitchen cabinets needed wiping and there was a large spill of some kind in one of the bottom drawers. The shower curtain in the master bath was ripped and badly stained. The tub in the second bath was dirty. One panel on the sliding back door was off the track and difficult to open. I happen to drop something in one of the bedrooms and got a look under the beds. So many, many dust bunnies. Perhaps the house hasn't been rented in some time and the property manager didn't bother to refresh the house before we came or, because the house is for sale, the owner doesn't take care of it. Could have been a nice house if some TLC applied.
