Wow! This property was amazing and we enjoyed every moment. Truly a gem of a property. Great communication from host, immaculately clean house, every amenity you can think of with some extra special and unexpected add ons. Beautiful property, quiet and amazing stars at night while we were there. We lacked for nothing here. Everything was well stocked, beds were super comfortable. There was not one detail lacking here that made this a place that we have already talked about returning to in the future. Thanks for being such a great host. If you are thinking about renting this property, you will not be disappointed.

Quiet location and we were able to see a few small planes land. There was a huge covered front area that we played ping pong and cornhole on. It was also perfect for parking our bikes out of the weather. The three rooms and three bathrooms were awesome as well. It was far enough out that you felt like you were in the country but was close enough to get to town fast. Dollar General less than 5 minutes up the road also. We loved it. We were in a central location and able to Ride our motorcycles to Eureka Springs, Hwy 7, and Hot Springs was just South of us also. We loved it and will be back. Thank you for a wonder trip!

Don, Jordan (dog) &I had a great time staying here!! Very pet friendly place. We enjoyed the view, pond, sitting area & fireplace in the garage. Played ping pong. Had a great time with family and great grandkids playing outside together & meeting my newest great grandson Mathias . Would highly recommend this ABAB

Everything we could possibly need and more was in the house. The outside was incredible! Games for the kids! And they loved the chickens and roosters all over the house. I spoke to the owners multiple times prior to our stay and they always answered back immediately. We had an incredible stay!!!

Absolutely perfect!

This is a great house! One level which is great for me having hip replacement surgery in two weeks. Three bedrooms though the husband and I only used two. (I also use a CPAP and the dogs sleep with me.) Very spacious and would be great even if our adult kids had gone within us! Will stay here again and recommend it to anyone. No neighbors and close enough to food and our family who live in Arkansas. Perfect rental property and the extra touches were very appreciated.

Awesome

This is an awesome property to kick back and visit with family and friends the indoor and outdoor space are all clean and plenty of seating. We love being able to sit outside and play ping pong and cornhole while visiting or just hang out outside especially in the evening. Well worth it.

Great property

This was a great property with lots of great perks. Located next to an air field, don't worry about the noise. This is a great place if you want to hang on the amazing patio, sit by the pond, or inside in the spacious living room and kitchen. They have about every appliance or pot or pan you could want, and there is plenty of room for you and your family or friends. The location is great being right in the middle of many attractions for hiking or biking. Would love to come back here again!

Perfect home with room for all!

My sister, my husband and I came home for our great-niece’s HS Graduation. We loved that all the baths had walk in showers and plenty of counter space for all our stuff! Comfy beds! Lots of seating and 2 large screen TVs! Everything was clean and neat. No real driveway but that was not an issue. Loved the place amd will be back!

Wonderful Stay

The house was great for our party of 6. We felt comfortable the entire stay. The owners were so great with communication! We had some bad weather while there and our cars were safe under the large outdoor area! Loved seeing the Christmas trees growing!

Christmas Tree Farm

The house was perfect for our family. Very clean and supplied with lots of extras. I would for sure recommend this place to be a must stay. My sister and I were walking around the outside edge of the yard and discovered several Passion fruit vines one of them had fruit on it. I was so excited I love exploring outdoors.

Amazing!

This was our second time staying at this beautiful home and we absolutely enjoyed every bit of it. This place is always so clean and well stocked with everything we need. The host was wonderful as well. We got to enjoy some much needed time with family outside and there was plenty for everyone to do. We will definitely be back!
