Casa Paciano, near town, apartments with pool, Ciliegio

This apartment has two floors. Downstairs is the kitchen and a living room, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower en-suite. Going up the stairs, there is a bedroom with two single beds halfway up the stairs. Going up to the first floor, there is a separate bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms. One has a double bed, and the other can be made as a double or twin room. One of these bedrooms has a third bathroom en suite, also with a shower. There is a dishwasher and a washing machine in this apartment.

Next to the house, part of the garden is reserved for the guests of this apartment. Here is the garden table with chairs.

There are a total of 4 houses sharing the swimming pool. These holiday apartments in Umbria are situated within walking distance of the village of Paciano on the border between Tuscany and Umbria.

The outdoor swimming pool is 6 by 12 meters and 1 to 1.50 meters deep.

This beautiful old building has been built against the hill with on one side an amazing view over the Valdichiana valley and the village of Paciano, and on the other side, in the distance Lake Trasimeno.

Paciano is centrally situated to visit art cities both in Umbria and Tuscany. It is 35 km from Perugia and 20 km from the motorway (A1). Lake Trasimeno is 20 km away. Panicale is at 3 km.

Paciano is a picturesque hill town which, some years ago, was awarded the best liveable and well-kept medieval village in Italy. Its origins go back to Etruscan times, and it has many medieval buildings, like the small church of San Sebastian and the Porte Fiorentine (Gate). This is a small town with many amazing buildings to be admired at a stone's throw from the rental apartments. It has a small grocery shop, a nice local bar with a terrace, some good restaurants, and a post office.

Every apartment has a dishwasher and an oven. Every apartment has garden furniture and parking is on the premises. All bedrooms have fly screens. The apartments can host between 2 and 8 guests.

The property has a large terraced garden from where guests can make nice walks into the valley, partly on the private property of the house.

The apartments do not have a television.

The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June to the end of September, every day from 9.30 am to 7 pm. Guests must sign the pool rules upon arrival.
