**** Vi är nya ägare till detta underbara strandhus. ****

Den tidigare ägarförteckningen hade över 60 5-stjärniga recensioner. Vi har tillhandahållit några uppgraderingar till huset inklusive helt nya golv, kylskåp och en ny frys. Vi har också uppgraderat madrasserna i våningssalen. Vi hoppas kunna ge dig en fantastisk upplevelse vid stranden.

Vill du ha en fantastisk familjesemesterplats? Bo inom steg från Stilla havet i en av Oregons främsta strandstäder. Denna sömniga lilla strandstad är utmärkt för familjesammanträden eller romantiska helger. Kom och njut av skönheten! Vårt hus ligger direkt framför Haystack Rock i Pacific City, Kiwanda Shores utveckling. Perfekt familjehus, ombyggt nyligen.

Sitt på däck och titta på barnen surfa, eller gå i vattnet i några korta steg. Sopande 180 graders panoramautsikt över Porter Point i söder, Haystack rock direkt framför Cape Kiwanda och jättedynen i norr. Många aktiviteter i Pacific City eller ingen aktivitet alls - det är en enkel plats att bara koppla av på däck och titta på havet. Bara en kort promenad upp till stranden till det berömda pelikanbryggeriet.

Några anteckningar:
Ingen rökning inne i eller nära huset - vi gillar rent luktande strand och hav. Detta är inte din mormors strandhus - men heller inte festcentret! Även om vi hyr ut vårt hus, är det också vårt eget personliga strandhus som vi stannar på ofta också.

Lägereldar - Länsförordningar tillåter för närvarande lägereldar på havssidan av sanddynen. Du får inte bränna drivved eller vegetation.

OBS: Vi kan inte garantera soligt väder eller en fri utsikt över havet. Medan vårt hus är beläget på första raden - med ingenting annat än sand mellan dig och havet - kan vintervindarna nå upp till 100 mil / timme och skapa en sandberm framför alla husen. För det mesta kan vi spade sanden ur vägen, vilket ger en perfekt utsikt över havet från huset. Men andra gånger har vi stormar som rör sig in och ut - särskilt under vintermånaderna - som skjuter sanden och blockerar utsikten. Detta kan inträffa över en natt, så det är svårt att hålla det klart 100% av tiden.

Avgifter - Vi har många som frågar om avgifterna. Serviceavgiften är en avgift som VRBO tar ut direkt till dig, vi tar inte in den avgiften. Vistskatten är en länsskatt som VRBO också tar ut direkt från dig. Tyvärr är dessa avgifter oundvikliga.

The home was very clean and well appointed with most anything you would need during your stay. The host was easily accessible and typically responded quickly to any communication.The view is stunning, but they need to do a better job of cleaning the windows both inside and out. The French doors had face prints on the inside, and the exterior windows were quite dirty, which probably goes hand-in-hand with the location. But my partner washed them down and they were fine, so that would be a nice touch. Also, it would be great if there was a storage area where they could put all the extra things around the house. There are no closets that are fully usable to unpack and store your luggage, instead they are full of things like beach chairs, large Rubbermaid tubs, high chairs, driftwood, etc.The one thing they must fix, though, are the blinds, they were a nuisance to operate. Luckily, we found tape on the inside of the blinds that previous guests used to roll them up and tape them open. Otherwise the blinds would be blocking 50% or more of the windows.These are just a few little quirks. But overall, the house really truly is comfortable, clean, and in a great location with easy access to the beach which you can walk all the way down to restaurants, a coffee shop and shopping.

Perfect stay in Pacific City

Had the best time at this property. The hosts were super responsive to any questions we had and quick to reply. The home was clean and cozy. Well stocked kitchen and bedding. Family at the Beach

Incredibly windy 3 days. The view from this property was the saving grace. We could not sit outside but we were able to watch the entire coast anyway. The westward facing windows are great. The property is well maintained and equipped; I’d definitely stay here again.

Perfect spacious front rooms for group get-togethers.

We have an extended family reunion every year. Other families stay in near by houses. Our house has living space for both adults and children. In addition it has large kitchen and living room plus surrounding deck for visitors to come by and be close to the ocean without being crowded. The owners are very accomadating to save the date. We were pleased to see the the new remodel job.

Perfect spot on the beach

Can’t get much closer to the sand and sea than this. House was perfect for 2 families with kids. Just enough space if you needed separate times, but close enough for all to hang out together. House had all the basics, even a sand toy box with balls, buckets, and shovels, Adirondack chairs on the patio to enjoy the sunsets, and cozy blankets to help with the evening chills. Definitely enjoyed ourselves and great family memories were made.

Didn't Want to Leave!

This was our 2nd stay at the Ocean Front House. Last year we loved it so much, we re-booked for this year before we even checked out. Amazing Views

Sweet family memories

We have stayed at this beach house three years in a row...it's been well enjoyed by our small but multi-generational family. The location cannot be beat. It comes with all the amenities as listed and the home is just so pleasing to the eye - especially looking through all those clean windows - to that "ahhh" view. Love it. Lovely hosts too.

Yearly highlight

This is our 6th year at this property. We look forward to coming every year. We are booked for 2024. The location is perfect. Our grandkids can play in the sand and we can see them for inside. Of course, we are also out with them. The owners have made many improvements.over the years.

Best family friendly beach house
