    Studio perfect for a romantic getaway or a business traveler, this brand new studio suite is sleek, modern, and thoughtfully appointed so all you have to do is sit back, relax, and soak up stunning bay views.

    The bedroom/living area has a comfortable queen-size bed, kitchenette with mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, and microwave, a small desk area for guests needing to work remotely, and a flat screen TV with streaming services.

    A large sliding glass door leads to a private deck where you can enjoy a quiet cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine with unobstructed views of the picturesque bay below.

    The spacious bathroom has a large double vanity, walk-in tiled shower, and an open closet area.

    Located a mile from local shops and restaurants, guests will enjoy exploring the delights of Pacific City, then returning to their coastal haven.

    Shred the Coast! Just minutes away, the Pacific City Skatepark offers world-class fun for all ages. Designed by the famous Dreamland crew, this concrete playground features a unique "Dory Boat" bowl—a nod to our local fishing heritage. Pack the skateboards and let the kids burn off some energy with a view of the dunes!

    Please note: This home is not the main home and instead a studio with its own private entrance on the side of the house. The studio suite is attached to a private residential home that can be occupied. This home has a private side entry with 1 designated parking space.

    Homes in Pacific Seawatch include access to the Pacific Seawatch community clubhouse, pool, gym, and mini-golf course.
    A short 10-minute orientation provides you with access to the facility during your stay. Access and operation hours are subject to change and are determined by the Pacific Seawatch Homeowners Association.
    Per requirements by the Pacific Seawatch Homeowners Association, a signed Release Form is required to gain access to the community clubhouse. We'll reach out to you after booking to get this form signed.

    Please note that boats, trailers, and RVs are unfortunately not permitted.

Not even close to the beach. No instructions were sent to access the property prior to my arrival. Kitchen did not include a microwave. Shower, bathroom and bed were ok, but the water quality was terrible on my hair.

Beautiful for our little getaway

We were very happy with the little place! Although it’s small, it wasn’t crowded and the bathroom is spacious. It feels fresh and new. It was perfect for a little one night getaway for my husband and I. The clubhouse was also an awesome little addition to the already nice place, giving us the opportunity to get some exercise and play some mini golf. We went in the evening and had the place to ourselves. I recommended this place to several of my friends if they ever wanted to stay in Pacific City!

I arrive 15 minutes prior to check in and they were still cleaning the apartment and when I asked if I could leave my luggage and then run to the store, the cleaning person told me check-in wasn’t until four and I was early when I left they then proceeded to walk out of the apartment and lock it up. The location was gray and it was clean, but it’s definitely not a studio. It’s a bedroom and a bathroom the Wi-Fi didn’t work. I emailed because the network they gave me didn’t exist and they did not fix the problem and told me that was the network and to reset the router. The issue is the router wasn’t in the apartment. It was in the main house. Also there was no thermostat in the apartment so it was extremely hot the time I was there and I couldn’t really sleep because the controls were being controlled by whoever was renting the main house. In addition it was very creepy because there was a door from the main house into the apartment as well as a door from the house onto the deck of my apartment, although no one ever used them. It was definitely uncomfortable to be in an apartment that other people could get into it really shouldn’t be advertised as a studio. It should be advertised as a room in somebody’s house with your own bathroom. There was really no place to sit. There was a beautiful deck on the back, but they put absolutely no furniture on it so it wasn’t really usable.

The studio was very nice. It is new and noticed af ew things that would make a stay even better. The chairs are for both inside and out. they are not very comfortable to sit in while in the unit. fine for outside on the deck. The fridge is not keeping things cold and ice would be nice.
