Välkommen till "Sea Gull Haven!" Detta hus har en underbar layout för hela familjen med ett stort stort rum och ett omslag runt däck. Det är bara en kort promenad till stranden på en lugn väg och den är fylld med tankeväckande spel, videor, leksaker och andra beachy skatter. Sea Gull Haven har nu en HOT TUB!
Layout-2 nivå hem. Första nivå inträde har den med dubbla / dubbla våningssäng och soffa. Sovrum med king size-säng och badrum (tvätt i sovrummet). På övervåningen finns vardagsrum, kök och matplats. Kiwanda Shores är en privat gated stadsdel längs havet i Pacific City. Säkerhet, äkta ägande och fredlig njutning av kustupplevelsen delas av Kiwanda Shores husägare och hyresgäster. En låg sandstrand med låga sluttningar till havet från Ocean Front hem. Tillgång till stranden är tillgänglig för andra raden och tillbaka hem.
Detta hem är husdjursvänligt för en eller två hundar. Vänligen meddela oss om du ska ta med ett husdjur så att vi kan lägga till den återbetalningsbara husdjuravgiften på $ 10 / natt (högsta avgift på $ 40 / pet). Endast välskötta hundar är tillåtna. A truly beautiful home by the sea. Great accommodations well appointed. The deck boards are the only criticism we might offer since the paint chips end up in the hot tub and you need to watch for splinters but that is a minor recommendation

Great house in an excellent location

This is such a nice house for a group of people to stay. It was very cozy and spacious. The hot tub is amazing and the location is great proximity to the beach and the town.

169 Sea Gull Haven

We loved the neighborhood and proximity to the beach. The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked and the big deck with the hot tub was a nice bonus. Highly recommend this house!

Great stay, a few minor issue but not a big deal.

It was uncomfortably cold in the downstairs bunk room - there is not heater in that entire room! The kids were too cold to sleep in there. Also, the instructions binder has a lot of outdated info in it. But otherwise it was a great stay.

Labor Day Fun

Just needed a quick trip to get away and stayed in this perfect house with a great location. Just one block away from the beach. Had all the amenities that we needed. Food and shopping very close by within walking distance.

Great location

Easy walk to the beach and getting into town on the bike trail was a breeze. We even walked several times to the main Pacific City beach which was nice not to have to drive. Management was very communicative and check in was easy as well. Thank you!

Not worth the nightly fee

This house needs a lot of upkeep. Im sure the house was cleaned prior to our arrival, but the woodwork is generally dingy and dirty leaving a general feeling of uncleanliness. The window coverings in two of the rooms were broken or in need of repair. The kitchen was recently updated but lacks necessities such as sharp knives, cutting boards(only 1 small one) etc. The internet is barely functional and should not be relied upon to stream anything. The “satellite TV” only has the basic networks and lacks any channels that even the most basic cable package would have (Only channels are ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX and CW, along with approximately 10 home shopping channels) The location and the management company are great.

just a few minutes from beach. hot tub nice. for the price a decent property. Mattresses are very uncomfortable. Should replace couch mattress and bunkbeds. clean and well kept. We had a great visit.

Family Holiday with lots for everyone

The downstairs for the kids and parents, the upstairs for all of us with private bedrooms for grandparents and uncle made a perfect family gathering space. Loved the hot tub after surfing, paddle boarding, sand playing, hiking and sunset watching. The kitchen worked well for several cooks and we could crowd all 8 around the table.

The house was fine for a weekend stay. The beds were budget hotel comfortable and the kitchen pot/pan selection were manageable. The cleaning, however, left a lot to be desired; clumps of hair in the hot tub, thick dust in the window sills and corners, dishes left dirty in the cabinets, trash under the couches, stains on the sheets, and the grill got a good cleaning from us before we could use it.

Very Nice House

We enjoyed our stay at the house. It was clean and well organized, and very roomy. We especially enjoyed the deck and the hot tub. Key pick-up and drop-off was easy and convenient. We would rent it again.

Large and spacious

We used the hot tub and that was a nice plus. It was a little hard getting up the stairs with all our gear to get to the kitchen and living space. The kids didn't mind. Nice lower area with bedroom and laundry and bath. We enjoyed our stay!

Lovely beach house!

The house was great. Loved the bedrooms and open concept home. It was easy to hang out with the bigger group but nice to have separate rooms to sleep. The hot tub was a blast and the walk to the beach is 3 minutes. Our only cons were the mattresses downstairs were really bad and need to be replaced, the blinds on a few windows were broken and on the floor when we arrived and the living room seating was a bit odd. It would be great to have a bigger couch or another love seat so more people could sit comfortably. All in all, we'd definitely rent this house again!

Nice, comfortable house close to the beach

House was clean, well stocked in the kitchen (except it could use some mixing bowls, so bring those if you are cooking). Has huge selection of games/puzzles/DVD movies plus Roku for movies. We enjoyed the hot tub and found the house had plenty of room for our 5 adults and two teens (could sleep a couple more easily). Teens had their own hang out room on the lower level with the bunk beds while adults had their own rooms, which was nice. Lower level bunk room doesn't have heat, but a space heater we found in the garage kept it cozy. Would recommend this as a good getaway house.

Fantastic location, nice property, needs a little TLC

This is a three star house at a five star location, so I am giving it four stars. The location at Pacific Beach is awesome, with easy access to a beautiful beach and short walk to the little downtown area that has a little shopping area and restaurants. The hot tub was nice and made the kids very happy. The home sleeps a ton, with four bedrooms, 2 on each floor and one with a bunk bed plus a sleeper couch. The only dings are this property needs a bit of repair work. Floor upstairs in the kitchen is in disrepair, a blind was down in the Master, and there were several areas that needed a little fix to things like molding.... all that said we had a great time and most of the issues are cosmetic and it is a beach rental so not completely unprecedented. We would come back in a heart beat. No issues when we came in late getting the key, easy to check out, and generally the place was well stocked for cooking and cleaning. This is in a gated community as well which we felt was a bonus.
