Sunset West House är en klassisk Pacific City getaway utformad för skojs skull på stranden. Det finns 5 sovrum och en badtunna direkt på sanden med fantastisk utsikt och en utmärkt plats. 5 nätter minimum på sommaren.
Layout-2 nivå Octagon hus. Split level entry. Nedre våningen har sovrum med queen size-säng; sovrum med två dubbelsängar; sovrum / hi med dubbla futon, tvilling futon och TV; badrum med dusch badrum med tvättstuga och dusch. På övervåningen finns vardagsrum, matsal och kök, sovrum med king size-säng, sovrum med 3 dubbla våningssängar, full hall badkar med badkar och dusch.

Kiwanda Shores är en privat gated community av kvalitetshem på havet i Pacific City. Säkerhet, äkta ägande och fredlig njutning av kustupplevelsen delas av Kiwanda Shores husägare och hyresgäster. En låg sandstrand med låga sluttningar till havet från Ocean Front hem. Tillgång till stranden är tillgänglig för andra raden och tillbaka hem.
Detta hem är husdjursvänligt för en eller två hundar. Vänligen meddela oss om du ska ta med ett husdjur så att vi kan lägga till den återbetalningsbara husdjuravgiften på $ 10 / natt (högsta avgift på $ 40 / pet). Endast välskötta hundar är tillåtna. Everything was as described. I would add that we travelled out (fly/drive) with camp/beach chairs and that was not needed. There were plenty of plastic deck chairs. The house is funky, but the rooms were all as described and great! The location and views were the best! (and we have been renting homes along this area annually for 15 years.

Great house in amazing location

This house was perfect for a getaway of 9 adult friends. Right on the beach, the views can’t be beat. Spacious, comfy couch and plenty of beds! Nice to have 3 bathrooms, and a well stocked kitchen. Some wear but that is to be expected of a house literally on the beach! Highly recommend

End of summer fun

Location is wonderful. The house is literally on the beach. My adult kids loved that for surfing and boogie boarding. The hot tub was a nice touch after being in the cold ocean. The dining area is very small. For as many people as it sleeps, you couldn't sit them all around the table. It's pretty cramped. The showers were great, nice water flow. There is a huge shower downstairs that was very nice. Beds were comfy and linens were nice. The home overall could use a little updating but, all in all, it is a nice house.

Labor day beach

A great stay in a good location. The property's a little older and a little weathered, but completely fine. Everything was clean and ready for us. Directly on the sand with long beach walks and water out your door. Recommend for folks who are not expecting perfection and have dogs. The gated deck allows your dogs to wander in/out while you enjoy the sunset.

Great location. Fun home!

Our family loved our stay in this beach home! It was so close to the water and the hot tub was amazing! The office staff was friendly and helpful! The only complaints that I have would be that the fireplace in the pictures was no longer there. The only other thing was that the two bedrooms upstairs, the bunk bed room and the king size bed room, didn’t have a ceiling and so the noise from the shared spaces was not muffled at all. Overall, our family really enjoyed this home and would definitely return!

Great location but condition of house lacking

The location of this property can't be beat, the views are amazing and the deck was also really nice, unfortunately there wasn't any furniture except for a picnic table on the deck to allow for extended relaxing and taking in the view. Would have been nice to have a few Adirondack chairs or something. The house was also not very clean, debris under beds, toilet questionably clean, crusted food on some dishes in cabinets, splatters on doors/walls. Additionally the actual condition of the house was pretty deteriorated. Siding rotting/in disrepair, floor and baseboards completely worn out in the second story bathroom, many of the doors also had veneer missing/cracked. It appears the owners purchased this over a decade ago and haven't done any updates and barely the bare minimum to keep this operating as a vacation rental. It was fine for our trip but we wouldn't rent this house again for future trips to Pacific City.

Old and smelly

House is very old and much of the inside is worn or falling apart. There is a constant bad smell of old wet carpet and and moldy. Paying customers expect a minimum of clean and updated especially for the amount of money asking for this place.

Ocean front awesomeness

Everything was exactly as advertised. House was amazing, right in the beach, stocked with dishes, tp, paper towels, trash bags, and other cleaning supplies. This was great and unexpected, as other properties we’d stayed at didn’t offer much on that front. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again! 👍🏻👍🏻

Dirty and horrible management communication

Morning of day 1 when trying to find my phone charger cord, I looked under the bed to find a used condom. It wasn’t deep under the bed and I was thankful I found it instead of my toddler who would have likely put it right in her mouth. In contacting the rental property and sending pictures I received a response about a hour and a half later, informing me she could have a cleaner there in about 3 to 4 hours, as they were getting another house ready for another guest. I felt like they did not take it seriously and when I said we properly disposed of it immediately, I asked to speak to them about another way to rectify this horrible experience. That was on day 2 of our trip. We have checked out since and I still have yet to receive a response to my email or my voicemails. On top of that the main floor bathroom did not work. The chain is rusted inside the bowl and constantly slips off. I cut myself on the handle of the downstairs shower head. Some major TLC is needed to make this an adequate rental. The view is great being an oceanfront rental, but that’s the only thing this house has going for it.

Beach is beautiful

We’ve rented two different properties in Pacific City. This property has easy beach access off the dune and a wonderful view. The hot tub is small for a house that has a capacity of 13, I would guess it’s a 4 person hot tub. The beach is rather busy here with people walking right next to the back deck rather frequently. The house we rented further south did not have this issue. The bathrooms are quite dated and we had plumbing issues in the basement. I didn’t love the fact that the walls in the upper level are not floor to ceiling making the bedrooms noisy if people are in the living room or kitchen. Overall it was a nice stay and the management was responsive any problem that came up.

Million $ View, Ghetto Stove

The location is stunning and the house is very unique. It baffles me that an owner with a house so full of potential would not make it pristine. Paint and chalking could go a long way, followed by an updated kitchen, and getting rid of carpet. We had a grease fire with the stove because of lack of cleaning. Overall we had a great time there.
