“Absolutely terrible behaviour of staff to accost you as soon as you check in (before givning you the key) to try to sell you on a time share scheme. We were on a business trip and just booked a hotel room. Very unprofessional. The room was spacious and had good insulated windows towards the train tracks just outside. Unfortunately it was very loud between rooms and noisy from the corridor instead. Not worth the very expensive room price. ”

“The staff was so kind and gave us a gift basket when we arrived. There were events at the hotel every day. The pool and hot tub were perfect, and Disney was a short walk away.”
