First the positives: the apartment is modern, spacious with great views of the bay and Lovers Point and access to the coastal path for walks to Monterey Bay, bicycle and kayak hire over the road on the beach. Keyless entry and good wifi speed (50Mg), secure gated covered parking.Now the negatives, the balcony is northeast facing, so we only had the sun for two hours in the morning, it is quite thin so no room to eat a meal or entertaining, the patio shown in the photographs is a communal area at the rear of the property. There is considerable noise from the apartment upstairs as the acoustic insulation is poor so we could hear residents walking around upstairs - it seemed relentless until about 8pm then all went quiet. Proximity to the road, which is quite busy and a pedestrian crossing - so exterior noise too. The main bedroom on the ground floor, faces the pavement to the front of the property so there is zero privacy - we slept in the rear bedroom.Overall we had great time and loved the area.
