“The staff at the property are amazing. We were there for 10 days and as time went on it was like they were family. From when we arrived, we were greeted with a song. There are three restaurants so there is variety for everyone. My husband went on the river tubing excursion and loved it. The rooms were very clean and anything we needed staff were always helpful”

“When did the clock stop? Clearly in its day a great resort, then something happend. It's stuck in time, elements are current, elements need renovation. We stayed 2 nights, the restaurant/bar lacked the attention expected today - menu choice/availability.
In our view the venue needs investment, (not just financial) it needs driving towards the expectations of the 21st century.”

“Onsite hosts Sam and Moreen were so wonderful! We got all the inside tips about Pacific Harbor from them including beach access, where to buy fresh fish and activities in the area. Moreen made me cassava so that I could learn to cook with it and Sam brought is fresh coconuts when we were by the beautiful (and huge) landscaped pool. Unfortunately, my stay was quite disappointing. The bathroom was not clean when we arrived, and despite requesting laundry service, no one came to collect the clothes. The property also did not have a microwave, and there was no dishwashing liquid or sponge provided, which made it difficult to clean up after meals.
