âQuiet and cozy. I found the bed super comfy and they provided two (!!) pillows. I never had to wait to use the restroom and there was room in the fridge for what I needed. They had some space to allow me to store my luggage between checking out and when it was time to go to the airport. Look forward to staying here again. â

I would recommend the room on the back because is more quiet than the room to the street that you can hear some noise. Nice and helpful staff. "Hotel with great view on Van Ness, next to california cable car stop leading to port of SFr. Nearby Polk street is nice for restaurants etc. Had a room enclosing the elevator shaft and the noice from was strong. However, I had for some reason no problem sleeping. The good bed might have helped. The restaurant wasnt that that great but there are many nice places around. "
