âHad a nice stay 4 nights on a business trip. Large suite, very clean, comfy bed, with iron, hair dryer, minibar, refrigerator. Friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast was nice with a large variety of hot food, as well as exotic fruits. No glutenfree bread options available but no problems. Stairs from the hotel to the Chipichape mall with a lot of boutiques and food courts as well as a supermarket exito for those who like to buy food, and spices etc when abroad/on travel. Enjoyed my stay.â

âThe place is really nice and staff are as well. Responsive to requests. The place is near a few noisy spots, however, but isn't the owner's fault. Just be mindful of this in case you're looking for a very quiet place to stay. This wouldn't be it, but there's lots of restaurants and a rooftop bar around the corner that we visited twice -Mantra Rooftop. Was excellent. I recommend staying here. â
âThis place is amazing great people the only problem I have is that they try to force tips on you by secretly adding it to your bill. Tips should be earned not all staff deserve a tip. I was at the rooftop patio and had the most horrible server I had to get my own water get up and request napkins at the bar because my server failed to do his job by stereotyping people who he thought had money he attended to well.
