The Perfect House
We loved this Pacifica house. The open floor plan with the kitchen was perfect for our family to gather at meal time or hang out doing puzzles. The first thing you notice when you walk in is how light and bright the space is. Looking through the window the ocean is literally right there. We enjoyed the deck with the gorgeous sunsets. While we were on the deck we experienced the fire pit. The bedroom situation was the best. Plenty of places to sleep. 3 of the bedrooms have in suite full bathrooms. Other really helpful features are the 2.5 huge refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, large panty, plenty of tvs and tons of supplies in the kitchen. Lance was also super helpful. We would definitely come to this again. Loved it!

Breathtaking!
This amazing home is equipped with all of the amenities you need to have a perfect beach vacation. Plenty of places to sleep, fully equipped huge kitchen, 3 refrigerators and all of the beach supplies needed for fun in the sun. We saw many whale and seals right off the balcony with panoramic ocean views. The owner is outstanding and quick to reply to questions. Grocery store nearby and Mazzetti's has delicious pastries. If you are looking for your home away from home in Pacifica, this is your place.

Utterly Fabulous Stay!!! ♥️
We intended to use this house as a jumping-off point into SF, but we were so enchanted by non-stop whale-watching on the balcony, cooking in the huge kitchen, and walking south into coastal nature trails that the adults never left Pacifica. With the Daly City Bart Station just a 10-minute drive away, the kids headed in to see the sights easily every day. The kitchen was stocked with absolutely everything we needed. The beds were comfy and with three large bathrooms, we managed showers and getting ready with ease. E never heard a neighbor or noise from the dead-end street, but the sound of the waves crashing was our constant lullaby. There are delightful quirks that only made the house more lovable to us (can you find the antique indoor drainpipe?), and the fireplace and giant sofa set was perfect for our party of 10. We can’t wait to come back!!!

Grandma's 92 Birthday
The location is beautiful! Very large open space interior perfect for group of 10. All VRBO listings should be required to date their photos. We did miss, very much, one window view due to fogging. Overall, very well maintained. Manager responds immediately for any concerns. Elevator access is priceless for mobility impaired.

Unfortunately, living right on the Pacific Ocean , windows and roofs need to be replaced every three years because of rust and moisture. We regularly have replaced windows . The window you commented on . Unfortunately it takes a few weeks to get a new window installed with the Bay Area with our current post Covid labor shortage. Fantastic location but bummer that the ocean views were compromised.
We had a great family vacation here with family from various areas. This was a “last hurrah” for ailing grandparents and we chose the home and location based on views and location. The location was wonderful and the home space was fantastic. The biggest driver in booking this spot was the ocean view and large windows (elderly grandparents who love looking at the ocean) and the porch looking over the water. However, the seal on one of the windows is broken leaving the large window blurry and unable to see through, the grill on the porch didn’t work, and the fire pit also didn’t work. This left our ocean views limited to one window (we saw some amazing whales breaching!) and us unable to enjoy the porch area fully. Given that this was the main selling point of the house, it was a huge bummer that we didn’t get to enjoy it fully. The rooms were great, the space was fantastic, and the parking was a huge plus.

Again we apologize & are sorry that the new window was not installed by your checkin date . Unfortunately here -we replace windows very often living on the ocean ( every two - three years ) including roofs and anything outside like barbecues rust quickly with Seas air and saltwater . With the lead -times & labor shortage it takes a few weeks to get these items installed in the Bay Area. Please visit us again and we will give you a 20 % discount on your total amount of your next stay at the Beach House. Again , thank you for sharing your experience. Very best Lance

Time to Breathe at the Ocean
This VRBO is everything it is advertised to be! We five - three adult siblings and two spouses - spent a long weekend here. We had such a good time, we even talked about returning in the future! The second floor unit was spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable. The location was amazing! We enjoyed awesome views of the ocean, lovely walks to the beach and the pier, and easy access to shops and restaurants. We did have a couple of maintenance issues - one entirely user error (the elevator) and one a plumbing issue. The host, with a tiny bit of prodding, was ultimately very responsive to our concerns and things got fixed! We needed "down time" and a quiet place to catch up and just hang out together. This VRBO was the perfect place!

Work Retreat
We chose this place for the location and ample meeting space. It served our purpose perfectly. There was more than enough room for six adults. The scenery was amazing as well. Our contact was also very prompt with his responses and he was very accommodating of our time requirements.

This is a beautiful property in a great location. Our family had a wonderful Thanksgiving celebration. We had plenty of room and loved looking out at the beach from our VRBO, and going on many walks to the pier and along the beach. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Waterside Getaway!
This is the second time I have stayed in this property and I am glad to say that it was as good if not better than the last time we visited! We came to San Francisco for a Spartan Race at Oracle Park, and this property in Pacifica is a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is great to be able to take a 20-25 minute ride into the city for the sights, then escape back to the waterfront in this property. Will stay again!

Stunning beachfront property exceeded all expectations. Hanging over the Pacific Ocean on a wooden deck with lounge chairs. Great for the children and especially the toddler grandchildren, who could go out there by themselves because it was totally safe, with glass partitions all around. Two huge master bedrooms in the back were perfect to house my two children’s families while I slept upfront in one of the smaller bedrooms. Technology worked great. Kitchen was great and well stocked in terms of pots, pans, and gadgets. Appreciated the coffee supply host provided for Keurig. Kids are begging me to book this place again. First ever family vacation was a mega hit. Literally had a hard time leaving every day to explore San Francisco cause they loved hanging around the place so much. Area is totally safe and non-touristy. Perfect!

Lovely Home
Beautiful home, clean, and spacious. All I needed for cooking could be found here- just needed to buy the food. Supermarket close by. The host was gracious and provided us with treats and wine upon arrival. Very nice - thank you. While I was only one family of 5, two families or more would have been comfortable here. We chose this place for it’s location - equidistant from San Francisco and Menlo Park because our trip included activities in both areas; and being on the Pacific was a must. Even during rush hour we made it to SF in less than 30 minutes. And stepping out onto the a nature walks along the coast was a lovely way to spend the morning - suitable for those who appreciate a challenge with option for those who prefer an easier walk. Highly recommend.

Another perfect Pacifica getaway!
Our family enjoyed another short stay at Lance's immaculate place! We first visited Pacifica during Thanksgiving 2020, when the Covid restrictions were at a high. This time we were able to relax a bit more and enjoy the easy access to SF (visited the Zoo, La Taqueria, Salt & Straw) and the surrounding areas (some great local bakeries!) Our family enjoyed the spaciousness, accessibility of the elevator (my father in law uses a walker), and VIEWS for days. The kitchen is definitely made for cooks and we enjoyed many family meals together around the big table (and did a few large jigsaw puzzles too). Hopefully it won't be too long before our next visit to Pacifica. Thanks for making your place available, inviting, and a respite from the summer heat!

Perfect home for multigenerational family stay
This house was perfect for grandparents and grandkids to gather and hang out by the fire pit, walk along the waterfront, and an easy day trip to Palo Alto and Filoli. It was fully stocked with more than enough everything for our party of 9. Ample shampoos in all the bathrooms too. My elderly parents used the small elevator which was convenient. So nice for everything to be on one floor. Plenty of street parking next to the home and a spot in the carport too. We were grateful to have this wonderful spacious home on the ocean for our family gathering.

Great stay in Pacifica with large family!
The house was in a perfect location for our staycation (we are just an hour from there)! The location at the waterfront is what makes this special. With a large group of 10 of us, the house had everything we needed. Abundance of cutlery and kitchen ware and appliances. There were quite a few good places for take out very near. And quaint coffee shops of Pacifica. Everything was setup just right. Lots of towels and toiletries. Having the elevator helped the two seniors in our family. The relaxing on the deck with the firepit was serene! We did have the luck of great weather for the 3 days of our stay. Overall, this is the place for large groups with friends and family. Lance was always available at any time to respond instantly. Great place and great host!

Ocean view stay in Pacifica
We stayed at the upper level of the Beach House. The view is fantastic and we used the fire pit everyday. House is very roomy and is kids friendly with highchair, toys, kids table/chairs etc. Lance was very responsive and he came by first day to help us with the elevator as we have seniors in the group. Quiet neighborhood and very walkable. We walked to Mori point which is an easy hike. Highly recommended.

The Perfect Stay
This property is amazing and exceeded our expectations. It is perfect for large groups with plenty of space to roam. It is also kid friendly as there is a designated room filled with toys, games and bunk beds to boot. The kitchen and dining area are plenty spacious and everything you could possibly need is included for your cooking and dining (wine drinking) pleasure. The beds are extremely comfortable and the bedrooms were spaced enough apart to provide a decent amount of privacy. Last but not least, the view from the windows and balcony is incredible. We all enjoyed watching the sunset and later, falling asleep to the sound of the ocean waves. We will definitely be visiting this property again, hopefully for a longer period of time. It was difficult to leave. I would like to also note that Lance was extremely responsive, excellent at communicating and fantastic to deal with all around. He made us feel welcome. So, thank you!

Great place to unwind after a Spartan Race!
This property was much better than advertised! There were six of us that stayed at the property and it could have easily handled six more. The beds were comfortable, the layout was great and there was tons of space in the kitchen, living room and on the deck to socialize after a long day exploring San Francisco, or in our case, after completing a Spartan Race at Oracle Park. It was also a pleasant surprise how quaint of a place it is located in. Not only is the ocean right outside and easy to view from the balcony (along with a pier a short three minute walk away), but Pacifica is a cool little "sleepy" town with some great restaurants, hiking, etc... right there at your disposal. It is close enough to both downtown San Fran and the Airport that it makes using transportation such as ride-share affordable and timely. Lance was a great host and if we come out to the San Francisco area again, we will definitely look to see if this place is available. Thanks for the great experience!

Beautiful Location
This is a great home on the beach with easy access to the San Francisco airpot and the city, yet feels like a different destination altogether. The house is as close to the water as you can get in this area and you can hear the waves crashing all day long. The deck with fire pit was one of the highlights for our group. Lance was a very accommodating host, quick to respond to any requests - even coming over on Thanksgiving day when we were having problems with the door lock to our unit. The kitchen, dining and hang out areas are very roomy and made getting together as a group quite comfortable. There are two ovens, two dishwashers and two refrigerators which was great for our large group. Right out the door is the beach and a short walk to some great hiking with wonderful views of the area. Our only complaint - we couldn't stay longer!

Incredible view, spacious plan, and all the amenities for a family!
We LOVED our stay in this beautiful home. My husband and I brought our two little ones, and joined my parents. We had enough space for the kids to each have their own room, including one with a travel crib already set up, per our request. The massive dining area was perfect for family meals, and the hosts even left out a high chair and booster seat for us to use. If the space (and in-unit laundry) wasn't already a selling point for travelling with kids, waking up to a panoramic ocean view every morning made us want to book a repeat stay for next year! The neighborhood was very cute and walkable, and communication with the host was a breeze! Super responsive and helpful with recommendations, etc. Can't recommend it enough. Thank you for having us in your beautiful home!

Great location, lots of space, good amount of household items you will need
This property was exactly as described. There were all types of household items for your use. One thing I did not like are the rules like no shoes in the house (no big deal, average wood floors) or a checklist of chores to do prior to checking out. It is unclear as to why you are expected to partake in the housekeeping when you are paying top dollar for your stay which includes a cleaning fee! The “rule book” provided talks about how the owners have to get ready for their next visitor but I don’t feel that is a concern of mine. It’s not my responsibility to help get the property together for the next person. An ample amount of time should be allotted between rentals to allow for adequate cleaning and sanitation. I don’t feel renters should be expected to clean and put away dishes and take out trash. My 2 cents.

The cost of labor skyrocketed in 2020 -2021 and cleaning staff costs are extremely high here in the Bay Area to start with . We have dropped our prices 40 -50 % to stay open after the Covid -19 crisis. Wonderful property
I recently stayed a week at this wonderful home, the 7 days was split up by shorter stays with two separate groups. Everyone who had seen the pictures all said that it was even better than what they saw in the listing. The layout of the house is perfect for large groups, with an abundance of comfortable seating (the best I have seen). The views of the ocean is spectacular, the number of beds and how they were layer out was perfect. This is also the best stocked kitchen and pantry I have ever seen for a vacation rental. I would highly recommend Lance was also very responsive and we certainly peppered him with questions!

Excellence on the coast!
This property is the PERFECT vacation house! Location is incredible, views are breathtaking and the property manager is very accommodating. I’d give it 6 starts if I could!

A beautiful family vacation
We had a wonderful vacation at this property. The kitchen was awesome and had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The beds were so comfy. There was plenty of space for everyone. And the view was simply spectacular. We will definitely stay here again. It was perfect!!!!

Great stay!!!
We absolutely loved our stay in Pacifica. The house was even better in person than the pictures let on! We had ample room and sleeping space. Lance was great to work with and the house had everything we needed. Great location on the water with just a short walk to the pier. Thanks again for everything Lance and I would strongly recommend this place to anyone who is looking!

Big and Clean!
My wife and I had to cancel our trip at the last minute so we can't speak first-hand. However our CA friends who were able to spend time in the house said it was big and clean with amazing views.

No Cal getaway
Excellent stay at the Pacifica beach house....for us, it was perfect for a house full of runners. Lots of room, great views, short drive to the city. Definitely checked all the boxes....we'll be back!

Perfect Home Base
We loved this property! Airy, open, and gorgeous. Such a beautiful, peaceful place to come home to after a day of seeing sights in the city. Lance is great to work with, everything about the check in process was smooth and easy. We hated to leave.

1st time California Visit
The house was perfect for myself, husband and 4 teenagers! We all had plenty of room and could of even had many more people fit in the house. There were 2 brand new dishwashers, large oven and stove, 2 refrigerators, and too many dishes to name! All cleaning products were available which made it so convenient to clean. The beds were all very comfortable with very soft sheets and pillows. There is nothing I could complain about, I am so glad we found this place for our family vacation!! Thanks Lance!!!

Family Weekend Getaway
This was the perfect spot for my family weekend getaway. The property was just as advertised! The weather wasn’t as nice as I wanted, so we couldn’t sit outside on the balcony as much. But because of the nice big chairs on the inside, we could still enjoy the ocean view! Also thanks to Lance for accommodating the earlier check in. I plan to make this a yearly trip!

Amazing beach house
Our stay was amazing. The home is absolutely beautiful and kept very clean. The view is breathe taking. Lance also went out of the way to accommodate us and our daughter (1.5) by having a portable crib and high chair set up and available. We couldn’t have asked for a more amazing experience and we can’t wait until we can visit again.

Wonderful spot
A beautiful location right on the water of a sleepy part of Pacifica. Lots of shared space in the place for family to gather. A great deck. Couldn’t ask for more. Lance was a terrific host. Helpful, thoughtful, kind. Thanks again.

Pacifica vacation home
A magnificent property! We throughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The beds are comfortable, the ocean view on the deck is awesome and we loved the walkway across the street from the property to the beach! We can’t wait to come back to Pacifica again.
