"Our stay was a disappointment. We arrived late, tired and hungry and found out our room was extremely small and couldn't even fit our luggage, so they wanted to help us with an upgrade - however the bathroom ceiling was open and they kept warning us of the monkeys stealing things, so we couldn't stay there. The only room that was ok size and closed bathroom cost a whole lot more and they weren't willing to upgrade us there nor do something on the price. It's already a too expensive hotel. Beautiful views, gorgeous pool and in nature, and everything is made of beautiful nature material. However, the experience and service did not live up to the price. We stayed in many other 4-5 star hotels around Bali and this does not have the same service feeling. The wifi was barely working. It's a special hotel so be sure you know what the you're booking beforehand. If you're in to comfort this is not the place. Also a lot of stairs. Pool was gorgeous. Close to Padang padang beach, but the beach is a bit dirty, although it has nice vibe. "

"Mysigt boende med få gäster! Fina och fräscha egna villor men låg aningen på fel sida av uluwatu. Vi fick ett fint välkomnade men sen kändes det inte som att det fanns så mycket personal på plats. Overall dock väldigt fint och fräscht boende så rekommenderar ändå! "

"Fräscha faciliteter vad gäller spa och gym Rent hotell och serviceminded personal. Poolområde och utebar som var av högsta klass. Aporna som bor i närområdet kunde vara lite närgångna och stöldbegärliga om man lämnar sina saker utan uppsikt Riktigt bra frukost med brett utbud av båda varm och kall mat."

"We booked this stay to relax, enjoy nature and the great view and pool. Unfortunately this is not what this resort offers. There were a lot of kids running around, playing, screaming, jumping in the pool and just being kinds. Love kids! However, I expected a more relaxed and calm atmosphere at this place. What was even worse was the animals that the resort (or a neighborhood) has that is keeping you awake and making sure that you don’t get to sleep during the night. And when we finally wanted to enjoy the pool area they decided not to open it. It suppose to be open and we kept asking for help from the staff but eventually they just stopped replying. Blaming rain during the night (it is rainy season every year in Bali so that should not be a surprise). There are so many other nice places in Uluwatu! Chose another place than this :) "
