The Space
The apartment, completely renovated and newly furnished, is ideal for those seeking a quiet, elegant, and exclusive stay while still being close to all the points of interest in the famous city of Padua.
Our apartment, fully equipped with all essential appliances and featuring a simple yet modern design, will be the perfect place to spend your time in wonderful Padua.

The apartment features a living room with a coffee table and two chairs where you can enjoy your meals, and a double bed opposite which you’ll find a 43-inch Smart TV for a quiet evening watching your favorite shows. This open-concept space also includes the kitchen, equipped with appliances such as a toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, microwave, and more.

The bathroom, complete with a toilet, sink, and shower, includes a welcome kit (shampoo, shower gel, and body lotion) and towels of various sizes. A convenient washer-dryer is also available.

The apartment is meticulously designed, featuring high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating. Despite its central location, the apartment is equipped with windows that allow you to enjoy peace and relaxation, while completely blocking out outside noise.

Centralized ventilation is provided—a forced-air recirculation system that regulates indoor humidity and eliminates up to 99% of airborne bacteria and viruses.

Outside, you’ll find a pleasant patio with sofas, armchairs, and coffee tables, where you can spend time together in the open air, relax, and/or work on your laptop.
The property also features a laundry room in the basement: a washer and dryer are available so you can conveniently wash and hang your clothes in a dedicated space.

Guest access
The apartment is located on the second floor of the residence, easily accessible by elevator or by using the building’s stairs.

The entrance to the residence is at Via del Santo 121.

Directions will be provided after booking, along with arrival and check-in information.

Other things to keep in mind:
The exterior door to the property is electric; simply enter the provided code and wait for it to open.

Please be careful not to push the door after entering the code, as it will open and close automatically.
