Spektakulära lakefront lägenhet med privat brygga!

Denna lägenhet på första våningen är den perfekta reträtten. Dessa lägenheter har 3 stora sovrum, alla med eget badrum. Ett öppet kök, matsal, avkopplande utrymme med biljardbord och en häll med vedeldad spis.

Huset är uppdelat i två. Nedervåningen är den del som är avbildad och att hyra. Övervåningen är reserverad för min familjs privata bruk. Vi har alltid varit mycket respektfulla och medvetna om att alla som bor är på semester och fullt uppmuntrar de sena nätter, buller, bål osv som följer det.

Köket är allt elektriskt och fullt utrustat (bestick, kastruller, spis, mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin.) Varje sovrum har en queen size-säng med en madrass. Det finns massor av utrymme för luftmadrasser eller extra sömn, men ta med din egen. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare i lägenheten. Ett komplett badrum och ytterligare 2 badrum. Hulen har två soffor i full storlek och plats för en luftmadrass. Wi-fi i hela.

The location is great and hosts very welcoming and polite. The listing does mention they use the first floor, so you hear folks upstairs, see people and kids in the yard, on the dock and swimming, as well as spoke with a few times. There are a couple big dogs that wandered 4-5 times onto our patio and up to our car which upset our grouchy small dogs. For us it was a bit spendy to be hanging with a family staying in their basement, but if you're a more social group you won't mind.

All was very good...The house was clean, everything worked as it should. The location for us was great. Convenient to local store, boat dock, private, pricing was reasonable. Marinas were close for gas and supplies. Short drive to restaurants Very short easy walk to the boat dock with chairs to enjoy the evening. All was just great

KY Lake Fishing

My dad and I stayed at the property over the weekend with plans to fish Saturday and Sunday around the area. We never went anywhere else to fish because we caught so many fish the first day at the property. We didn’t even fish Sunday after ending up with seven quart bags of fillets on Saturday.The condo was very clean and the sunrise each morning over the lake was fantastic to watch while enjoying a cup of coffee and breakfast.

Relaxing getaway

Our 2 night stay at Condo on the Cove was a perfect relaxing getaway for the family. The property was exactly as described, well supplied with everything we needed, and the host Kimberly was very responsive in answering questions. The location in the cove by the lake was private, quiet and very scenic. There was also a country market a short druve up the road with a deli, homemade pizza etc. Had a great time!

Beautiful views - furnishings are very subpar.

My issue…the condition of this Condos’ furniture was extremely worn (like you would find in a college frat house). The outdoor furniture was very basic. The carpet was old and very stained. Kitchen was nice. TV..very old, and basic, and remote took forever to work. Mattress in main bed room/ 3rd bedroom need replaced. My feeling, when you’re investing 200 a night, it should be nicer. We have rented homes all over the world…I was saddened by this experience. Kim was very responsive to our information requests. So, I’m conflicted…

Reason for stay

My husband and I usually go to Grand Rivers for our anniversary. Our anniversary would have been on Sept. 5th. My husband of 37 years passed away on May 17. My son and my daughter decided to come with me. We went and ate Patti’s and just enjoyed hanging out at the condo. It was a beautiful place and helped me get through this rough time. 50th birthday celebration

My friends and I all turned 50 this year in May and we wanted to celebrate with a golfing and fishing getaway. I found this house on the lake near an area I was familiar with and it was perfect for the 3 of us. Plenty of room for us, walk right out to the dock to fish and close to marina’s if you wanted to do some boating. Great restaurants and grocery stores near by with some fantastic scenery. We had an amazing time!!

Lovely Lake Kentucky retreat!!

Great peaceful place to visit with family. This place had everything we needed and then some. The only downside of this weekend was the dead fish smell from the dead fish that came into the cove by the house which is not something the owners can control but hindered us being on the water. Overall highly recommend this place!!

Condo on the Lake

We enjoyed getting together somewhere in the middle for our families. This place was spacious enough so we didn't feel crowded. The pool table was a definite bonus as it rained about every day. We loved fishing off the dock and caught a variety of fish and a few unwanted turtles:) Overall, this property was not worth what we paid in that there were so many cleanliness issues and things that we felt were overlooked or not provided upon the arrival of guests for a week. Disappointed after driving 9 hours to get there but again loved our visit with family.

Lake house getaway

This was really a wonderful space right on lake Kentucky for our family of 4 to stay in for a weekend. There was a pool table, 4 kayaks, and a small dock. Also Paducah is not far. As a result there was plenty to do! Highly recommend.

Great Get A Way

Great Host. The private dock on this lake front property was a great added benefit. Plenty of parking for vehicles/boat trailer. Everything was clean and spacious. The only negative is that I was unable to get the TV in my bedroom to function (and it was probably just me). But then it is a moot point because once I hit the bed I was out like a light.
