“A five-star hotel in almost every aspect, but the check-in process fell short due to a misunderstanding with a receptionist. Unfortunately, we were charged for an upgrade that should have been included with our Gold membership, and our complimentary benefits were overlooked. While this was frustrating, we greatly appreciated hotels.com’s excellent support in resolving the issue promptly. ”

“Vi åkte ett par till detta hotell. Bokade ett rum med egen mindre pool. Rent, snyggt och fräscht. Otroligt trevlig och serviceminded personal. Valde helpension för att kunna ha ett alternativ att äta lunch och kvällsmat. Buffé - både lunch och kväll. På kvällarna var det olika teman. Mycket bra mat!!! Som sagt - ett av de bästa hotellen vi bott på. Kommer absolut att komma tillbaka.”
