Hi Bill, thank you so much for choosing High creek Lodge to host your stay. We apologize about the dumpster, we were getting ready to start our remodel and adding more rooms, as well as a breakfast area!! The dumpster was supposed to be picked up a couple days ago, unfortunately due to the holiday weekend that did not happen as planned. As far the water being cold we apologize and are looking into taking measures to make sure this does not happen to the next guest.

Trevor we really appreciate your honest review of our property .Thanks for the feed back on the heater our staff here was trying to be preemptive because we had been experiencing some extreme cold nights and mornings.stepping forward we will only be turning up the heat for guest who call prior to arrival.

Hello Abhimitra, I think that is a great ideas about the reflective signs to direct guests to the cabins, something I had not thought about. I appreciate the feedback and I'm going to get a couple of signs made.

I'm sorry the accomodations didn't live up to your expectations. I see you stayed in cabin 20, which is a 1 bedroom and those do have a queen bed in the bedroom and a futon in the living room. The futon does make into a bed simply by pulling the top cushion toward yourself if looking at the couch, I do apologize that it was not explained. We are currently working on a type of privacy fence where the blower pump house is to help with the sound that it creates, unfortunately its a piece of equipment that has to run 24/7 and it can be distracting. Again I apologize that you did not enjoy your stay.

Sorry your stay with us wasnt 5 star.I already spoke with my house keeping staff to correct the first issue in your review. There are no long term or extended stay guest on property and no small business bieng operated from our property.There is always a staff member or member of management on property to address guest concerns or issues that may arrive during our guest stay with us.
