Enjoy the stunning views of the lake and mountains from the small balcony. The panorama stretches to the Radome in Raisting and the Münster in Dießen am Ammersee. The quiet hillside location is perfect for watching sunsets over the lake.



A parking space is available on the property, and you can charge your electric car at the charging station. A washing machine and dryer are available for an extra fee if needed. The bike room is lockable and can also store skis. A shuttle to the train station is available on request. Events are not permitted.



Your hosts live on the property but not in your apartment. A friendly Labrador is happy to greet guests. The accommodation is peaceful, away from traffic, surrounded by the sounds of cows, chickens, and birds. The Aidenried recreation area with swimming pier is about 200 m below. Andechs Monastery can be reached on foot in about 1.5 hours. Hiking and cycling tours start right from the house. In Pähl, there is a golf course and a boat rental at Lake Ammersee. The property borders the large South Ammersee bird sanctuary. Munich can be reached by S-Bahn from Herrsching, Augsburg by train from Dießen. Cleaning service is available during your stay for an extra fee.
