“The best way to describe the Great Western is with the two words, quaint and quirky! The house is in the middle of a massive re-vamp, but that did not impinge on my stay, which was short, but long enough to form a very positive opinion.
My room was clearly re-purposed, with the en-suite bolted on, but it was clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom fittings were quite new and of a good standard. The furnishings were old-fashioned, but I thought that gave the place its charm and...

“Excellent all round. Such a lovely helpful, warm welcome on arrival and every morning at breakfast, which was delicious.
Room was lovely, spacious enough for two and really quiet. 2 min walk to beachfront, 5 min walk to town.
Will definitely be going back.”

“From the start, we were greeted with a smile….we were given our room keys….the rooms were lovely and clean and comfortable.
We pre booked a table for an evening meal, the meal was utterly delicious.
The lady’s that dealt with us (Sarah and Eleaner) were so friendly…sorry I can’t remember the other two ladies, but they were so friendly also 👍👍.
The breakfast was awesome….so all in all a very relaxing stay.

“Our stay at Villa Marina was excellent. We were given a very warm welcome and the room was very comfortable and everything we could want was provided. Beautiful decor, very comfortable bed and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was well cooked and served beautifully. We would be very happy to stay there again.”
