âOverall, everything was amazing at this hotel. The staff was super friendly. They have great amenities. Just wish that they had a laundry center. Also, they didnât really come to pick up the trash daily, so we had trash stacked up for a day or two which added up. Regardless, though it was, Great. And the breakfast was Great too.â
âFirst time staying at Tru. It was a great experience. Room was good size, bed was comfortable, everything was neat and clean. Breakfast was very good with many choices.â
âWe stayed in the 2 bedroom suites and it was nice to have your own bathroom and privacy but also an area to visit. The equipped full size kitchen was a huge plus! â

We reported a crack inside the bathtub , also there were tiny ants behind the shower. They took notes , everything else was great â
âWe really enjoyed the property! The rooms were nice and clean. House keeping really works hard! The rooms were well done. We did experience a problem with the air conditioner, and was treated very well by the staff. They were not able to fix it immediately, so they upgraded us to another room. The pool was not open in 100 degrees, and that was disappointing. But, other than that we really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely recommend it to w. â
