“Allt är eftersatt i skick, Gammla lokaler och inte så mysigt, funkar att sova i en natt men inget hotel jag kommer bo på igen. Personalen var ovanligt nyfikna på vad vår vistelse var till för och var vi skulle konstigt ställe ”

“We stayed one night when passing through. We had booked a deluxe room with 2 queen beds, and it said it was for 4 persons in the booking. We are family with 3 children, 14, 12 and 7 years. So we expected to pay extra for the fifth person. When we came they forced us to book yet an other room with 3 beds. Because they thought the 4 person room wasn't enough. So we ended up paying for 7 beds. When I complained about this they were not willing to help us. They just blamed hotels.com. They could not...

“Litet hotell med bra läge. Stort rum, bra wifi. Sängar något för hårda. Trevlig personal men tyvärr kunde ingen tala engelska. De sålde transfer biljetter till flygplatsen men på grund av att de inte förstod Engelska kunde de inte hjälpa oss utan bad oss ringa bolaget som körde minibussen. Vi köpte istället transfern av en resebyrå på stan.”

After a long drive I was looking forward to a cold beer but at 19.30 on a Saturday evening the staff told me "they were out of beer" while a big party was going on in the restaurant. “An amazing quiet retreat right on the river. We only stayed one night but enjoyed a very nice walk in the morning along the river and through the gardens. It is only a few minutes drive to the town where there are many dining options. ”

“Gammalt, smutsigt och slitet hotell. Dåliga sängar. Ingen utsikt c:a 50 cm utanför fönstret hade vi en husvägg. Frågan är hur säkert det skulle vara att ta sig ut fönstervägen vid en eventuell brand. Bokade ett rum med dubbelsäng. Vi fick ett litet rum med en säng 1.40 - 1.50 cm. Påpekade detta i receptionen. De sa att jag endast betalat för en liten säng. Det var inget som framgick av Hotels.com när jag bokade. Inget val av vare sig rumsstorlek eller säng storlek. Valet var dubbel rum...

“Konstigt hotell som består av två delar, en billigare och en lite dyrare, normalt ingår frukost på den dyrare sidan, och ingen frukost på den billigare.. Vi hade bokat med frukost. Frukosten är typisk thai. På gränsen till torftig. Suveräna sängar o kuddar o linne. Wi-fi bara två enheter i taget, men i övrigt ok. Stort rum . Bor gärna här igen . Rökfritt rum men Askfat på rummet, ? . Skitbra läge nära tåg station o nattmarknad samt till transporter. Trist hotellområde, men chumpon vinner inga...
