“Arrived at 4:00pm for check-in. Waited in line about 20 minutes. Then we were told our room wasn't ready. They changed our room, and it should be ready in 20 to 30 minutes and they would call us. After 2 hours, we went to reception, and were told our room still wasn't ready. Now it's 6:30 and we have a concert at 8:00. After about 10 minutes, they found a room on a different floor. At check-out, we asked for a late check-out and were told by Samantha, the only person that was rude our...

“Bra planerad lägenhet, fin utsikt. ”

“Trevlig liten vingård i en ej så känd vindal i södra Kalifornien. Dock bara frukost och lunch på helgen. Men över vägen ligger en annan vingård med en trevlig restaurang. Ett gott glas vin ingick i priset innan vi gick över till grannens resturang ”

After walking from the end of the parking lot, I decided to ask the front...

“Room wasn’t clean, breakfast was not what I expected”

“The waffle machine was a nice touch . Maybe have some fresh fruit !”

“Very pleasant staff, homy yet elegant rooms. Good breakfast. Excellent for a 3-star!”

“The hotel entrance is tucked away and is difficult to see if you're not paying attention...with no oversized parking or turnaround, so enter accordingly. There are several food options nearby, only a short walk across the parking area. The Staff were helpful and accommodating. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. The property and room were clean and comfortable. Would stay again.”

“6 days! Not one person at the front counter smiled or said hello. On their phones. Mold in the bathroom. My friend stayed at the Springhill next door. Nice friendly and clean. That’s where to stay!”
