âArrived at 2.10pm (50 minutes early) and despite the room being ready I was advised I couldnât check in until 3pm unless I paid ÂŁ15. For 50 minutes thatâs ridiculous.
Bed was great but room even with window closed was very noisy.
Fan in the shower is poor.
Around the tv was exceptionally dusty and the fan provider was filthy, we had to scrub it clean. The kettle was full of water and limescale.â
âThe apartment was exactly what we wanted! It was comfortable and clean! The host was wonderful and had no issue with answering any questions we had! The apartment is so close to the high street - a perfect spot for nights out or just a quick visit to the center.
The only thing we found that there was not any oven trays for cooking but there was an oven. Not a dealbreaker at all and we just used foil that was provided. Just a point for the future!

Beautiful quiet village. Lots of little shops, bakery and pubs. We ate at The White Heart - Green King (we booked a table) and the food was delicious. â

"Fantastisk utsikt frÄn vÄrt rum Double River View mot Tower Bridge. Mycket god mat pÄ restaurang Vicinity. Alla var snÀlla o super trevliga. VÄr AC fungerade inte riktigt sÄ det var lite varmt men jag pratade med de o vi fick 2st stora bordsflÀktar levererade upp till rummet omgÄende. VÄr familj var vÀldigt nöjda hÀr och bo gÀrna hÀr igen."

"We were mostly happy with our stay, the room was clean and the majority of staff were pleasant and helpful. There were two days where the room was not cleaned but I expect this was due to staff taking time off over Christmas, it did not really inconvenience us. The biggest issue we had was on two occasions despite the premises being listed as non smoking, there was a smell of cigarette smoke drifting into our room from the corridor. The person on duty did not seem too interested and all they could do was offer to provide us with an air freshener. I also emailed Marston's regarding this issue but as I have not heard back from them, I presume they are somewhat disinterested in the issue also."
