Appreciated Mrs. Graygoose, It was not a problem of customers were checking-out or not, but the rooms with a double bed and shower for those days were occupied during long stays. For this reason, we could not make any changes to the type of room that you wanted. We understand for superior room the rooms with terrace and views over the pool, garden and sea. The problem of booking sometimes for these agencies is that requests to us do not never reach us.
