"Konstigt trassligt draperi av snöre på rummet, i grunden ett fint rum men slitet. Gymmet borde inte få kallas gym. Frukosten okej men väldigt opersonlig matsal. "

"Jättefin frukost. Trevlig personal. Nytt och fräscht. Tyvärr dålig funktion på ventilation. Men vårt rum hade säkert öppningsbara fönster så vi hade dem öppna hela tiden (resa i okt). Saknade krokar, strykjärn och skohorn. Annars fanns verkligen allt. Ligger över gatan till Ladika, största krog/pub/club-området i Thessaloniki. Party från 23:00-07:00! Men väldigt bra placering till allt."

"Had a wonderful 3 night stay, the straff was very friendly and seemed to care alot for the guests and the hotel. The Hotel was in very good condition with fresh clean rooms. Nice interior design and good sound isolation. Close to night life and restaurants. Easy to reach with bus from airport"

"The scheduled airport shuttle didn’t arrive, but the issue was resolved quickly. The shuttle from the beach arrived earlier than planned and left without us, despite our booking a specific time - again, this was sorted out promptly. The reception and restaurant staff were very friendly and service-minded, especially during breakfast. In the evening, however, service at the lobby restaurant was quite inconsistent, and on a few occasions, the beer served was noticeably less than it should have been. What I found most disappointing were the activities. Those listed (aqua gym, wellness) were practically non-existent, mainly, in my opinion, because none of the guests were informed about them. Staff mentioned they had regular members who usually attend, but they made no effort to involve others, which meant there were not enough participants for the classes. I tried the yoga session - it was in Greek, but if you’ve practiced yoga before it’s still easy to follow. It cost an extra €10, which I found reasonable. The tennis, on the other hand, was excellent - equipment was available, the staff were very friendly, and they even offered extra bottled water for free. No extra privilege för Hyatt members."
