Rekommenderas
Trevligt hotell med goda bekvämligheter. Lugnt och ostört läge men ändå bara några minuters promenad till stora bar och restauranggatan. Hotellets gym hade kunnat haft lite större utbud på maskiner och vikter. Bra och varierad frukostbuffé. trevligt med både innomhus och utomhuspool. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal.

Love this place
Very comfortable hotel, situated calmly, but close enough to action, great breakfast, fantastic spa facilities and treatments. We will come back next summer again.

Viešnagė paliko labai gerą įspūdį. Išskirti galėčiau ypač paslaugų personalą ir nepriekaištingai išpuoselėtą aplinką. Gal kažkiek nepatogumų patyrėme dėl automobilio parkavimo vietos. Taip pat norint pusryčiauti lauke, turi būti labai ankstyvas, kad rastum laisvą vietą. Tačiau tai tik mažos smulmenos lyginant prieš visas geras emocijas patirtas viešnagės metu.

An altogether OK stay in Palanga!
Nice spa area. The design building was lovely and had comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Breakfast alright, the quality of the food was not that high as expected from a 5-star hotel. The only big minus is that there were a lot of children in the spa area, also in the sauna and relaxation area. They were running around screaming and playing. Absolutely unacceptable. Neither the parents nor the staff quieted down the children. The noise was somtimes unbearable and we had to leave the spa area to relax in our room. The SPA treatments you pay for (massage, facial etc) were wonderful and the staff there fabulous.

Overpriced hotel without luxury quality.
Not worth that money. 1.Staff like ice faces and inhospitable. 2.Air conditioner not working, in the room +26 at night but stuff do not respond to multiple requests to resolve the problem. 3. Parking fee 20€ per day !!!! but everyone puts the cars where and how they want, noone from hotel control it and as a result it is not possible to leave parking because someone blocked exit.

Absolutely loved it
In general we had a really fantastic stay. Loved the SPA area and all the swimming pools (perfect also for children). Compliments for the SPA itself, me and my husband enjoyed a lot the massages. Also worth mentioning a wide and delicious breakfast selection and dinner options. Some efficiency could be achieved with quicker service in the outside pool area though. Either way, we would recommend this hotel to anyone and we are planning to come back next year again.

good quality hotel in palanga.
the hotel is in good condition, especially the spa building (design). the room was good also in the luxury building, but the a/c did not work properly. very friendly staff. one minus is that we did not get into the restaurant for friday evening dinner. no one told us that the table should be booked in advance. and then the explanation was that the restaurant and the hotel are different companies. I think despite that it would be good to advice the guests to pre-book dinner table at the front desk.

Good hotel in the heart of Palanga
Amazing service, superb restaurant and breakfast. Room in luxury building quite basic, could be improved and updated. In general, we’ve spend amazing time - location is perfect, comfortable spa and welness area.

Safety, quality, service and tranquility.
Balanced and relaxing environment. High quality SPA service options. Absolutely perfect weekend getaway for a re-start. This place became famous for it’s breakfast all over the country after it was changed recently. The whole package makes it literally the best place to stay in Lithuania.

Don't go at the weekend
Truly amazing spa. Wonderful massage. Terrible staff who are overloaded at the weekend. Breakfast had run out of almost everything and was only very slowly and partially replaced. We tried to have a drink and dinner the first evening but everyone ignored us so we are in town. When we asked waiters for something they either pointed at someone else or huffily did serve us but not how we wanted. But really lovely place and spa amazing!!

Great hotel, close to the boardwalk and beach
Nice hotel. Excellent breakfast buffet including in our room rate. Nice workout "weight room". Good off street parking.

Fint spa hotell
Dette hotellet består av en ny og en eldre bygning. Dette fremkom ikke ved bestilling og vi fikk et rom i den eldste bygningen. Standarden var bra, men sto etter vår mening ikke i forhold til 5-stjerner og Superior rom. Spa avdelingen var også i det nye bygget, slik at vi måtte ut av hotellet og over en parkeringsplass for å komme dit. Vi bodde på hotellet søndag til mandag og mandag hold spa senteret stengt grunnet renhold, noe vi heller ikke var informert om. Men det var et flott spa senter, god service og bra mat. Vi gir 4 stjerner

В отеле прекрасно все! Завтраки разнообразны и очень вкусны. Спа зона - выше всяких похвал. Персонал - очень приветливый. Каждый год уже в течении 5-ти лет приезжаем летом и заряжаемся спокойствием на весь год!

Stark überteuertes Hotel. Sehr guter Spa & Wellness Bereicht. Gute russische Sauna. Super indoor und outdoor Pools. Das alles kann man beim Schlechtwetter sehr gut nutzen. Sonst ist das Hotel überdesignt. Das wäre nicht so ein Problem, wenn auch gleichzeitig nicht überteuert wäre. Die Bettwäsche entspricht nicht 5* Standard. Sehr gute Handtücher und Bademäntel.

Supert hotell i rolige omgivelser. 50 meter fra strand. Romslige rom m liten balkong ut mot rolig bakhage. Unngå å få rom rett over restaurant og uteservering! Kan være litt lyd og musikk fra disse. Bra renhold. De var raske til å gjøre rent om morgenen med det samme vi forlot rommene. Flott og variert frokost. Noe for enhver smak. Litt kjedelig nærområde. Kun andre hoteller. 10 min gå til hovedgate og supermarked/matbutikken Maxim. Liten kiosk/kolonial 2-3 kvartal fra hotellet. Alt i alt er vi meget godt fornøyd! Rolige ig avslappende dager! Ps veldig få som snakker engelsk på kafeer, restauranter, butikker osv. Taxi fra flyplass 7 km 15-25 euro. Husk å avtale pris før turen!!

Should have stayed longer
We were in Palanga only 2 nights while traveling through out Lithuania. This hotel is situated in such an extraordinary space we did not want to leave. It was so peaceful and relaxing - a wonderful place to unwind. The on site restaurant was very good with a variety of fine dining choices and a good selection of wines.
