The residence has direct access to the beach, so you can reach the sand in just a few seconds without crossing a road.

A free outdoor parking space at the foot of the building adds extra convenience, especially during the busy summer season.

The apartment combines sandy tones, natural materials and touches of blue inspired by the Mediterranean coast. Large openings to the outside let in plenty of natural light throughout the day, creating a soft and relaxing atmosphere.

The air-conditioned living room opens onto the balcony and faces the sea. It features a large, comfortable corner sofa and a connected HD TV, allowing you to log in to your own Netflix, Prime Video or other streaming accounts, as well as access a wide range of international channels.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook comfortably during your stay: oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, toaster, full tableware and a selection of basic essentials.
