“The property was gorgeous and serene with beautiful landscaping and quiet paths. My favorite thing was the VERY warm outdoor pool with jacuzzi jets and the sumptuous breakfast which included gluten free options for me. We had a lovely time speaking with the granddaughter of the founder of the estate and as she took us around the property she pointed out various plants and herbs. Be sure to take home a bottle of their olive oil! It's phenomenal!”

“Where to start, we had the most amazing experience staying at Dimora Tauro with the absolute best host in the world - it was like having the most fantastic Italian mama looking after you, doing anything and everything to make your stay the best welcoming, comforting, satisfied stay. “Masseria San Michele has to be one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed. From all the little design touches to the gorgeous breakfast spread, the sweetest dogs and little cat, and the pool area - everything was perfect! I especially loved the bathrooms which were gorgeously decorated, filled with local organic products and a great shower. The bed was super comfortable too - and each of the rooms have their own little patio area with a comfy area and a table.

“We had a relaxing stay.
The staff were super friendly and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast offered a good variety of options. The location is convenient – the nearest beach is about an 8-minute drive, and other towns are accessible within 20 minutes to an hour.
Our room was spacious and nicely decorated, with a large bathroom. We enjoy the patio overlooking the gardens and pool. We really enjoyed cooling off in the pool and ending the day with a refreshing spritz.

We stayed at the property for 2 nights and wished I would have stayed a week! It was a perfect little haven nestled in a quiet area but perfectly located to visit all local towns around Cisternino.
The hotel had everything you could want and more, from incredible cave style rooms, to a fabulous pool!
