Hotell nära Palazzo Te

"Family of 4. Amazing rooms, pretty well kept. Kids loved it. Gardaland amusement park was a must-see. Something similar to Disney land. Can recommend the night ticket for a discounted price and if travelling in summer, less heat. The hotel offers free shuttle service to/from the venue. One setback was the lack of food options in the area. The onsite restaurant Tutankhamen was, well awful. Other than that 5 star stay. "

"Jag har aldrig tidigare bott på ett hotell som tillhör en nöjespark. Men jag förstår nu grejen med detta. Otroligt smidigt, bussar som är gratis man kan använda mellan hotellet, nöjesparkerna och stationen. På hotellet fanns fina parkmiljöer, pooler, solstolar, restauranger och barer. Stora bra rum. Kan inte säga något dåligt egentligen mer än att buffén kändes något dyr. "

"I have never been to a hotel with such incredibly rude, rude staff. The room we were given had water leaking from the ceiling. Water was leaking from the ceiling as if it was raining in the room. The carpet was wet.... The room smelled really bad! Unclean room, yellow pillowcases, and dead flies on the windowsill. They thought we were delaying this as a family with our 1 year old. We talk to the tall young guy at the reception and explain that we need to change rooms. Get a quick answer, unfortunately we have no rooms. Then I say come up with another solution get an answer: we can't do anything and he turns his back. My husband tries to talk to him. We can't be in that room, we can't breathe we have a small child. Unfortunately we don't have any rooms he says and turns his back. He grins to the side with his colleague... We talk to his colleague about the problem, then he comes and says in Italian never mind them. He cuts her off so we don't get help. She says the same thing. We insist that we have the right to a new room. Then she becomes aggressive and screams I'm calling the police now. Okay, we're waiting for the police to come. They stand talking and looking at us and grinning. Had to wait 2 hours with our little daughter in her arms, grinning. No police came. So they threatened us. "Perfekt läge mellan Lazise och Perschera del Garda för oss med bil. Vi bodde tre nätter och gjorde flera utflykter till andra orter som Sirmione och PdG samt några vingårdar. En dag tog vi tåget till Venedig. Kan verkligen rekommenderas. Hotellets pool uppskattades mycket. Alltid gott om solsängar. Fin frukostbuffé som hade allt vi önskar oss, och lite till. När vi checkade in så var inte extrasängen bäddad. Detta fixades direkt. Mycket bra bemötande och snabb service."

"Hotellet ligger på strandpromenaden precis mellan badstranden och alla restauranger, väldigt enkelt att ta sig dit. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Gratis parkering på hotellets område de var breda och vår stora bil fick plats, det var väldigt trångt att köra ut om man parkerade längst in. Skulle absolut kunna återvända hit om vi ska till samma ort igen, läget är väldigt bra. "

"Bra läge på hotellet. Lite vid sidan av själva centrum. Relativt lugnt och behagligt. Dock ganska mycket trafik utanför huvudentrén men inget som störde på rummet. Jättefina frukostar!"
