Romantic central hotel in Palermo
Thank you for a great stay, we stayed three nights and highly recommend! Great service and central location. We enjoyed the breakfast buffé and romantic dinners on the terrace. Walking distance to teater, museum and street markets made this a very memorable stay in Palermo.

Rummet helt okey. Trevlig personal i receptionen. Jättenfin takrestaurang/bar där även frukosten serverades. Värt att boka en middag där. Helt okey mat och superfin utsikt över staden. Bra läge nära järnvägsstationen.

A great stay!
I had a great stay! The hotel is located in city centre perfect walking distance to almost the entire city. The rooms were fresh, and staff friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Great location!
Excellent location and view from the roof top terrace! Great straff and ok room, the cleaning straff did a excellent job. The bed was not very comfortable and the breakfast was not great but ok. Once again, fantastic straff!

Close to train station. Cool roof terrace.
The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the train station (where also the airport coaches arrive) which is good. It's very near Palermo's historical district which is good for walks around the city. The roof terrace at the hotel has a very nice view, but the food at the rather expensive restaurant serving on that terrace during the evening is not good. We would recommend drinks only.

Hissen gick inte upp till frukostmatsalen, sista 2 våningarna var bara en smal trappa. Fin utsikt från takterrassen och mycket hjälpsam personal. WiFi fungerade inte två sista dagarna.

Avoid room 505 and the dude!
Avoid room 505 if u can. It comes with a sliding door that goes into the wall where you have your head while sleeping. Tip to the hotel, -replace the door with whatever door that's not a sliding into the wall one, or just remove it! Location is good and helpful staff in the reception. Also make sure that the breakfast is included in your booking before u digg in. The breakfast might be convenient because u live there but not worth 10e/a day/person. Lastly, the (gentle)man in restaurant area needs a crash course in how to interact with customers to say the least!

Bra läge, frukost och en härlig altan!
Ett bra hotell i city av Palermo. Vi fick ett rum in mot gården vilken kanske är bra eftersom gatan är mycket trafikerad. Frukosten var underbar och altanen där man kan ta en drink eller äta var fantastisk.

Frukost på takterass med fantastisk utsikt. I beskrivningen står att det finns hiss, tyvärr måste man gå uppför en halvtrappa för att komma dit och den var dessutom för liten för vår barnvagn.

Centralt hotell i Palermo
Hissen fungerade tidvis inte då folk inte stängde dörren ordentligt, så det blir en del trappor att gå i med sina tunga väskor. Rummen ger inte så fräscht intryck, men läget är helt ok och det funkade som övernattning 1 natt för vidare resa. Vi parkerade vår bil runt hörnet, luras inte av att folk försöker gå och ta betalt för parkeringen, den är gratis där. Sedan upptäckte vi på kvällen att det från barerna där vid parkeringen blir lite "gatfest" och folk hänger på bilarna och använder dem som bord. Nu klarade sig vår bil som tur var, men jag hade nog parkerat någon annanstans om jag skulle bo där igen. Frukosten var inte så mycket att hurra för, utsikten var bättre på bild, men helt ok.

Beautiful view on Palermo from the roof terrace, service-minded staff, nice breakfast. My room was situated next to the reception, which caused quite som disturbance. But the hotel is really well situated and the roof terrace is wonderful.

spacious, comfortable and clean room and secure internet was appreciated. Location to Centrale Railway was excellent for tourists. A lack of understanding in what is termed 'full breakfast' was evident as choice was limited and poorly presented.

Very modern electronic features. Best rooftop dining and breakfast spot in the city. The best! Wonderful staff. Some of the plumbing was a bit funny.

The breakfast was excellent. The elevator was broken during our stay, repair people were there both days. I would check with the hotel before booking to see if the elevator is working before booking if you have mobility issues. The block that the hotel is located on had a power outage the morning of checkout due to a protest in the square. Therefore we had to shower in the dark and cold water. There was no ability to get a late. check out. The housekeeping staff entered our room without knocking the morning we were leaving. When she seen us she spoke and left but she spoke in her language and we didn’t understand what she said. She could have been advising about the power outage unsure. The staff was friendly and helpful. They allowed us to leave our luggage while we explored the area until our ferry in the evening.

Dear Denise, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. The elevator is now working. I am sorry regarding the power for the morning of 22nd of march but it was not a problem concerning the hotel, but the entire area of the historical center of the city. Finally regarding the accident with our housekeeper I will make sure to remind all of them to knock the door before entering in the rooms, even though this is what they are supposed to do all the times. We hope to see you again for a future stay in Palermo.

Si in effetti durante la sua permanenza c'erano i tecnici che lavoravano sull'ascensore, ad ogni modo questa era un'informazione che con trasparenza le abbiamo segnalato in fase di prenotazione. Speriamo di rivederla presto con il nuovo ascensore già funzionante.

Gentile Sig Paolo,Ci dispiace apprendere solo adesso il suo feed-back negativo . Ci teniamo a sottolineare che abbiamo tempestivamente provveduto ad informarla dei lavori in corso riguardanti la sostituzione dell'ascensore. In particolare Le abbiamo inviato una comunicazione dettagliata in data 01 marzo alle ore 00:39 (data in cui Lei ha prenotato). Se ci avesse comunicato al momento del check-in le sue difficoltà avremmo provato ad offrirle una sistemazione diversa. I lavori in corso per la sostituzione dell'ascensore stanno volgendo a termine, speriamo di poterla ospitare nuovamente per poter godere appieno dei nostri servizi.

There was major refurbishment taking place, facilities were not available such as no elevator. This should have been indicated prior to booking. The restaurant was closed in the evening so after a long day we were obliged to go outside. Again what was advertised vs. what was available was inappropriate. Pay for an expectation get something much less

Even the fact our rooftop is closed is something we mentioned in the email we sent you. We hope to see you in the future again if you'll come to Palermo.

Nice older hotel. Great views from the roof top dining room. Fantastic customer service from everyone at the front desk. Wonderful dining room, and great breakfast. Had rental car issues while there, and they went above and beyond to make sure we got mechanic assistance (even when the car company did not). Very convenient location to most of what you would like to see in Palermo as well as dining options too numerous to count within walking distance as well. Highly recommended hotel. FYI Elevator was being replaced in late February 2024 making it difficult for older people/physically challenged. OTherwise perfect stay!
