Cozy Apartment between Politeama and the Port

A cozy 38-square-meter apartment for 2 people, located on the third floor of a building without an elevator (steps to access the apartment). The apartment is strategically located between the Politeama Theater and the Port, making it an excellent starting point for exploring all the city’s main attractions.

The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a small balcony.

The interior layout is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, oven, and various kitchen utensils), dining table, armchairs, and access to the small balcony;

- BEDROOM with a double bed, closet, and dresser;

- BATHROOM with a raised shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning with heat pump (split system in the living room), clothesline, washing machine, iron and ironing board, and hair dryer.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating period and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Palermo Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from December 8 to March 23.



For check-ins between 9:30 PM and 1:30 AM, a surcharge will apply, to be paid in cash upon arrival, as follows:

EUR 15 from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM;

EUR 20 from 11:00 PM to 12:00 AM;

30 EUR from 12:00 a.m. to 1:30 a.m.

Check-in is not possible after 1:30 a.m., even for a fee.



Upon check-in, you will be required to pay the tourist tax of €2.00 per person per night on-site.

By strolling through the city streets or using public transportation, you can easily reach the city’s main points of interest: the Cathedral of Palermo, the Palatine Chapel, the Capuchin Catacombs, the Quattro Canti, and the Pretoria Fountain. In the city center, you’ll find charming restaurants, bars, and pastry shops where you can fully enjoy the distinctive culinary traditions of the city and the region.
