The apartment is centrally located in an area with plenty of amenities, about an 8-minute walk from the Zisa Palace and Gardens, and a 15-minute walk from the majestic Palermo Cathedral.

The interior layout is as follows:

- BEDROOM with a double bed, coat rack, 32-inch TV, split A/C, and access to Balcony I;

- LIVING ROOM with a double sofa bed, 32" TV, dining table with chairs, split A/C, and access to Balcony II;

- KITCHENETTE with gas stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, oven, electric kettle, toaster, blender, hand blender, moka pot, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses;

- BATHROOM with shower stall (raised), sink, bidet, and toilet;

- BALCONY I (access from the bedroom)

- BALCONY II (access from the living room).

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Palermo Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from December 8 to March 23.



For check-ins between 9:30 PM and 1:30 AM, a surcharge will apply, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:

EUR 15 from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM

EUR 20 from 11:00 and 12:00 a.m.

EUR 30 from 12:00 a.m. to 1:30 a.m.

Check-in-in after 1:30 a.m., even for a fee.



You will be required to pay the tourist tax in cash at check-in.

- From Palermo Airport, you can reach the apartment by train, getting off at the Palermo Palazzo Reale-Orleans station, which is about a 15-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, you can use the transfer service (see below).



- From Palermo Central Station, you can reach the apartment by bus. Take the bus from the “Stazione Centrale Pensilina Esterna” stop and ride to the “Michele Piazza” stop, about a 5-minute walk from the property.



- If you’re traveling by car, you can park for free or for a fee in the area around the property (spaces are NOT guaranteed and cannot be reserved).
