The house, ideal for families and groups of friends, spreads over a single floor and is surrounded by large outdoor spaces, furnished with tables, chairs and an outdoor shower, perfect for enjoying moments outdoors. Via a short outdoor staircase, the entrance opens onto a bright dining room furnished with tables and a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a kettle, a microwave and a coffee machine. The sleeping area includes three bedrooms equipped with a queen-size bed, a TV, a desk and a closet, two of which have ensuite bathrooms with shower. An additional bathroom with shower completes the layout.
