âA LOT of stairs (3rd floor and at least 6 flights of stairs to navigate) to carry luggage (no elevator)
Went there Especially for the spa bath which DID NOT work. IT Took Literally 20 minutes to get hot water flowing to bath then another HOUR Plus to finally fill the bath - to then find it did not even work!
Only ONE Roll of toilet paper (already started before us) for two people.
Promised anything we want for breakfast with coffee from bakery over roadâŠ. We then discovered they have NO coffee...
