The owners have done an excellent job of providing a stay mindful of quality, comfort, fun and necessity while respecting the true cabin experience and natural landscape of the property. “The cabin is beautiful. Welcoming, cozy, and more than well equipped for a comfortable break from the busy home life. Extras like a dishwasher, washer and dryer, and on the nights a fire in the wonderful fire pit area were not an option we used the wifi for streaming movies on the SmartTV. All nice bonuses. We enjoyed our stay and won't hesitate to come back.”

Big Sandy was beautiful and had plenty to do - fishing, swimming, kayaking, and restaurants and resorts within boating distance. The cabin was beautiful and well-stocked and made for the perfect home base. We will certainly be back!”

“We loved the house. Small and comfortable, very clean, and nice beds. While the pontoon looks well used, it was equipped, reliable and fun, and a pontoon is an amenity that is rare, We caught many sunfish every afternoon right around the corner from the house. The owners were good at communicating, available and documented the rules and processes of the house very well. We had a great time and would rent there again, thanks to the owners for hosting us.”

“We had a great time as usual! The wind didn't stop us but it sure made it tough navigating the Mississippi and nearby lakes. The fishing was great with lots of sunfish, walleyes and SMALLMOUTH BASS! The cabin couldn't have been better. Late night card playing and tipping a few nightcaps in comfort was just what these two "Old Guys" needed. Thanks and see ya next year!”
