My place as described with recent pictures. No need to rent it if you don't like it . But you did rent it because it is spacious 3 bedrooms house with front patio and backyard . Price for a whole house same as for a room in a dirty cheap motel . Location is great and in my area you can't rent hotel room for double price in a seosen . That's why my place rarely available . House on intersection North Palm Beach , Palm Beach Gardens,Lake Palm off I 95 !! Around multiple restaurants ,any beach 7-15 minutes away . Shower nub? New water hitter was installed 2 weeks ago . Both bathrooms work great . Shower in master bedroom was updated with new shower head fixtures in both bathrooms . They totally function and everything in house work in order ! It's said in a guest bathroom how to open faset it you not familiar with it how to open it that's why I place instruction. House is in a great location close to restaurants and beaches. I would recommend you to rent next time in Palm Beach or on Singer Island in 10 times more . Believe me no one will be do renovation especially for you and your taste . My place was made like this in a rustic stile and I like it . No need to rent place if you not like it . My family and I travel all over as well and when we have guest renting around something . Do be honest you can not rent a place with free WI-FI ,Parking next to place ,laundry because most communities have restrictions which car can park as a guest. And cost it twice more money ! That just unbelievable what you wrote here to me .. usually people not rent place if they don't like how it's looks ! Is my pictures not match ?? No need give me advise what should I fix ho talk that way with your wife if you have it or give me money to do renovation on your taste . Have a good one . Karen reviewer !

Thank you to letting me to know about broken lamp bulb and rusty can opener I already throw it away included lamp stand . Actually I do not have to provide such things . Fan in a master bedroom wasn't making any noice on your check in day and start doing noice because you or your family member during your stay close on a celling air conditioner rails so air can not go out or in ! My place has dishes extra and bigger salat bowls and plates in a cabinets under countertop also mixing bowls plenty of pods ,pans as well. Otherwise my property as described with resent pictures I clean ,wash and organized all myself also my places have laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Neighborhood absolutely safe and normal with parking space for 4 cars at the driveway next to entrance . It is rare to find convinion parking and house available for short turm stand in a area especially you rent place for 3 night only .. My family travel often and no place has half of what my home have ! I would recommend to you next time spend in 10 times more and rent place in Palm Beach or on Singer Island .Usually those detailed you can say to a host in private message. By the way I check the hair fan and it is working as well. Have no idea why it doesn't work for you. Happy Holidays !!!

Thank you for your stay I appreciate the kind and warm words about my place which is made in Rustic Shick design to look a little dated . It is Florida beach house stile as we surrounding 5 different beaches with a free parking from 7 to 15 minutes drive I glad you enjoy it and was impressed that house has everything what people possible will needs . Home away from Home . I provide beach 🏖️ chairs with umbrella and towels there in a shad kayak . Place have fancy Samsung full size washer and dryer with Landry room. My place only available to the end of March 2024 so don't wait till this off market .

Thank you so much 💓 In a leaving room the light under the table with control remotely you can do brighter , lamp by the TV plus light switch on a wall for brighter light by sliding door area . Kitchen light can be turn on as well it is s open concept all connected . I'll be taking a suggesting and bring one more lamp in leaving room. I want to be a good host and aprittiate any suggestions. Thank you so much for your stay . Ohh sorry to hear that about uncomfortable couch . Couch in a leaving room have multiple positions for back with plenty extra pillows to use under your back with soft cosy blankets to cover it in case people need extra sleeping place. . In a 3rd bedroom very comfortable couch to sleep for 1 person and has extantion floor stand with matress . In every closets extra blankets ,pillows ,lines ,towels always washed in hot temperatures included matress pads .. Hope those recommendations helps for you and my next guests All the Best . Lena
