Välkommen till paradiset! Hemmet ligger i det historiska GrandView-området som är känt för att vara det mest trevliga, säkraste och animerade området. Enheten har precis renoverats med helt nya möbler och apparater som torktumlare och tvättmaskin. Fastigheten ligger bara några minuters promenad till kongresscentret, stadsplatsen, Kravis centrum och bara 10 minuters bilresa till Palm Beaches. Huset ligger verkligen i hjärtat av City-Place!

Fastigheten byggdes på 1920-talet och renoverades nyligen. Upplev en del av Floridas historia och koppla av i en av de mest eftertraktade stadsdelarna. Säkerhet, lyx och komfort uppfyller dina förväntningar.

Hela fastigheten, inklusive helt nya och bekväma utemöbler som soffor, stolar, bord och även en Weber Grill.

Alexander was very accommodating to check in with. Both his wife and himself were very polite, welcoming and accessible. Beach towels and chairs were available for us to use which was helpful for going to the beach.

So close to convention center!

The house was the perfect accommodation for our business travel. Walking to the convention center and dining is a breeze. The host answered all our questions promptly and the house was nicely outfitted.

Great location and host!

The property is in a cute, quiet area, walking distance to West Palm city center shops and restaurants and about 35 minutes to Wellington. Very clean with adequate amenities, and the host was very friendly and quick to respond to any inquiries. Somewhat dated but still comfortable, and just what we needed for a 4-day stay. Bathrooms have lots of storage which was really helpful with two 22yr old girls with us. My only issue (and hence 4 stars instead of 5) was the space in the bedrooms...there is a lot packed into each one leaving not much room for our suitcases. Main bedroom is mostly consumed by the king bed and no dresser (and only one night stand), so we had to be creative about where to put our things. Both girls ended up keeping their suitcases on the sofa in the living room so as not to have to unpack completely into the 2 dressers occupying the remainder of the space in the bunk room. All in all we really enjoyed our stay!

Comfortable apartment in the heart of WPB

My family and I spent Memorial Day weekend here. The unit was clean, comfortable and well stocked in a beautiful neighborhood very close to all that downtown West Palm Beach has to offer. The hosts were very communicative and accommodating. Will definitely be back next time we are in the area.

Great Place to Stay

Great place to stay. Comfortable beds, great showers, all of the necessary supplies, and a 7-minute walk to Rosemary Square! The property owner was responsive and polite. I was with my parents who are in their mid-70s and my teenage son. Everybody was very comfortable and happy.

Amazing spot and great location

This spot was great and just what I needed. I needed a last minute booking that was safe, clean and central and this spot was awesome. The host was fast to communicate and check in and out was great. Would definitely Recommend!

Place says welcome to paradise, nope, welcome to scuzzy with roaches.

When booking everything seemed great. Good communication pics look great. Then you get there. I walked in after figuring out you have to hold the door a certain way so the lock can disengage. First thought is wow they really staged those pictures. Place is dirty. After I put away groceries I looked around the place. There was blood on the left bathroom door frame and door and the master bed had hair and dirt on the sheets. I texted the owner and he called me and blamed his supposed cleaning lady. Said he would take care of it. While we were gone swimming he put different sheets on and that was it. I cleaned the bathroom door. The next morning our rental car wouldn't start and the owner was very helpful with a charger so I figured the place is dirty but he is nice so ill let it go. That evening i cleaned because our feet were black from how dirty the floor was. The next morning I go to make breakfast and find baby cockroaches out in the day light in the kitchen. I killed the ones I saw and really started to look around the place. There were roach stations all over tucked in drawers and places you would normally see. Under the kitchen sink was water damaged and moldy and I found more roaches. The place is nothing like described. Everything is grimy worn and gross. The appliances are very old the dishwasher is very rusted. Multiple burnt out lights and just gross every where when you look around. I swept the rug and a pile of hair came out of it. I called vrbo to try and get help with a refund so we could move to a different place. Got a lot of oh no and sorrys but no help and no refund. They tried to take more money to book me somewhere else while saying they wouldn't do anything about this place. I used not vrbo and booked a new place quickly packed and moved. This place is bad enough I was willing to just lose the over $$$$ to leave on day 3 of 10. The owners reaction was pathetic and he refused a refund. I had kept my grocery bags and used those to repack our food in a hurry. The roaches are so bad that when unpacking at the new place I found roaches in them that tagged along out of there. My son had bites on his legs. Through all of this VRBO was usless and said this was minor and they would not do anything to help or refund. Even after multiple calls taking over 6 hours in total and sending pictures. I would load the pictures if I could. I will never use VRBO again and I hope people stay away from this rental. VRBO is a sham and crooks.

Great location!

This was in a great location and quiet neighborhood! The reason we chose this place. We enjoyed our stay overall. Please know that this house adjoins a rental above. You will hear their noise, including the water and pipes. We contacted the owner about the renters' late night volume after the 2nd night and things improved after that. I would stay here again.

Great location, affordable price

Overall, our stay was nice. Great location in a very cute neighborhood, close to many things. My only complaints would be the cleanliness of the floor (felt really greasy/swampy and left dirt on the bottom of our socks) and the showers (water would cycle through turning really hot and then cold every couple minutes). Would be the perfect place if those issues were addressed!

Walking distance to literally a dozen excellent restaurants and tons of shopping.
