Welcome to Peace of Paradise. This three bedroom, two bath home will become a favorite getaway for you to rest, relax and enjoy time together again and again! Start every day with the beauty of a sunrise while you enjoy your coffee overlooking the water in the screened lanai. The huge pool is refreshing in the summer months and solar heated in the cooler months. Enjoy eating on the lanai as it has a large dining table and built in gas grill for all your cooking and dining needs.

Inside you will find a clean, well laid out home. The large kitchen is equipped with all you need to cook and bake the perfect meal for family and friends, to include a mixer, blender, coffee maker, and a large pantry and large refrigerator for groceries. There are plenty of dishes, cookware and tableware to serve everyone. The kitchen breakfast nook/island has a lovely view of the water and seats four and two stools at the breakfast bar.

The living room has floor to ceiling sliding doors so you can enjoy the peaceful water view all day long. It is beautifully decorated and furnished with comfortable furniture and adjustable reclining chair, so sit back and enjoy your favorate show, sporting event or movie on the a flat screen TV. There is plenty of space for the whole family. Make yourself at home and sit back, relax and enjoy your favorite movie or sporting event. The spacious dining room seats eight if you prefer a more formal dining experience.

The master suite is equipped with a king-sized bed with adjustable Tempurpedic mattresses that will provide a delightful sleep! Watch your favorite shows in bed on the 75" HDTV. The en-suite bathroom has a large shower, garden tub, his and hers walk-in closets and two sinks.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed, 40" HDTV and computer desk if you need a quiet place to work and you will have a nice view of the water. The third bedroom also has a queen size bed, Of course, there is also an HDTV in this room. The indoor laundry room has a full size washer and dryer, so you won’t have to worry about doing laundry when you get home.

The home has WIFI so bring all the electronic devices and stay in touch with family and friends while you have the best vacation ever.

The house is located just off the Intracoastal in one of the Palm Coast main canals for quick, easy access for all your boating and fishing fun. The Palm Coast Marina is about five minutes away.

The beach is calling! Flagler County has many beautiful public beaches. The nearest beaches to the house provide clean bathrooms, showers and ample parking. In only 10 minutes you can be on the beach in your chair enjoying the sunshine and sparkling water!

Palm Coast is a golfers paradise! Bring your clubs and enjoy a round on a different course every day on one of five nearby PGA golf courses.

There are miles of trails for running, walking and biking in Palm Coast, St. Joe's Walkway being the closest, just outside the neighborhood.

Nature lovers will want to explore Washington Oaks Gardens State Park which boasts gardens on the Intracoastal side and a public beach on the Atlantic. Faver-Dyke State Park is home to eagles, egrets, river otters, and deer. You can rent canoes at the Pellicer Creek canoe trail and explore the marshes. Get up close to real dolphins at Marineland!

For a fun day out, shopping and restaurants are plentiful in the nearby European Village and historic St. Augustine which is a short drive away.
