Welcome to Sunsets and Sandcastles! This spacious third-floor beachside condo provides everything you need for a perfect beach getaway!

Located in the fabulous Cinnamon Beach community. "Closest building to both pools!" Conveniently located only two flights up, it's easy to access by stairs or elevator. This pristine, three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo features a large tiled balcony overlooking a beautiful lake. Treat yourself to amazing views of palm trees, tropical birds, other wildlife, and stunning sunsets!

The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. You can enjoy the option of dining in or alfresco on the balcony.

The Master bedroom features a king-size bed with your own sliding glass door leading out to the balcony, and an ensuite bathroom equipped with a large glass enclosed shower, soaking tub, and double vanity. For those who wish to work remotely, a desk in front of the picture window allows scenic views of the lake. Fast Wifi included! The second bedroom includes a queen bed with a great partial ocean view while the third bedroom has two comfy twin beds.

The living room has a Roku Smart TV with cable and the 3 bedrooms have TV's with Fire Sticks.

Complete with washer/dryer, this home away from home has everything you need for an enjoyable and memorable stay.

Located just a couple minutes' walk to a picturesque, unspoiled beach that is perfect for watching sunrises, swimming, spotting dolphins, collecting seashells, and of course building sandcastles!

A 10-minute walk along the beach to the north takes you to the Atlantic Grille, which serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. To the south, you can walk the uncrowded beach for miles.


You will also enjoy access to all the amenities the Cinnamon Beach resort has to offer:
~ Two Pools: The lakeside pool complete with a splash pad and kids swim area. Ocean side pool has superb views of the ocean. Both pools also include hot tubs.
~ Pool areas have numerous chairs, tables and shaded areas. Both also offer food service and full bar service. Restaurant is seasonal and may not be available during winter months. It is open during Thanksgiving week and December holidays.

Unfortunately our weather didn’t allow us to enjoy either of them :/ Secure entrance! There is a Publix (for groceries) just a short drive away that doesn’t require crossing over the briidge (which is a 3 fee upon reruen crossingg

Amazing Condo

10/10 all around! My family and I came here very last minute for the week of Christmas. When I say we have never been to a VRBO that literally had everything we needed from beach towels, beach bags, a cooler, beach toys and pool toys. I can’t even begin to say how perfect the kitchen was! We did not have to buy one spice or pan for Christmas dinner! There was even a mixer! (It’s the little things) Not once did we say “we wish they had this or that” There was even cleaner, a broom and a vacuum. I feel like most homes hide the vacuums especially the cleaning supplies. But for someone who always cleans up after themselves and their kids this was a major plus! The pools were great and heated! The only thing to know about that we did not know was that when you leave the island we called it, every time you come back over the bridge there is a 3.00 fee. Not a big deal if you don’t plan on going anywhere, but just an FYI. We will absolutely be back!

Fantastic condo- very clean and comfortable

Just book it—if you are looking at the reviews trying to decide if this is the condo for you just book it. You won’t be disappointed. Having stayed at many different rental properties for vacation I have a tendency to be a little picky. This condo is VERY CLEAN. The owner takes great pride in their condo and has outfitted it with quality furniture, VERY COMFORTABLE mattresses, and all the little things you use on an everyday basis. I’ve stayed in many rentals where the kitchen is only stocked with the bare essentials. This kitchen is WELL STOCKED to actually cook in including spices, salt, and pepper, cooking utensils, and more. The owner also has thoughtfully included a beach bag, first aid kit, beach towels etc... She has also been very responsive to any text sent. The resort itself is great with two different pools, beach access across the street, and shower wash offs. My only suggestion to anyone that books this rental is to make sure to take appropriate footwear to wear in the water as there are rocks in certain portions of the water. Overall I would rate our stay as a 10/10.

Lovely Girl’s Weekend!

My best friend of 40 years and I stayed here for a weekend. It was awesome! The condo is very clean and cutely decorated and large enough for a family. The beach access is right across the street and it is gorgeous! Bring your beach cart if carrying gear. I live near Jacksonville Beach and it’s hard to imagine that this location, an hour away, is so much prettier. The pool amenities are very nice. The restaurant/bar by pool
 food is good, drinks are yum! Service is excellent. Condo came with beach towels, soap,blow dryer, dish soap, fully stocked kitchen.beautiful lake view. Quiet. Book it! We will be back!

Rest & Relaxation

Beautiful condo, clean but comfortable. Two minute walk to beach that was almost empty in early February. Could see amazing sunsets from our third floor. Five minute walk to pools and hot tubs. Fun game rooms for the family. Quiet neighborhood. Hope to visit again!

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. It was beautiful, very clean, had a very nice balcony with a great view, and was just a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub in addition to our time on the beach.

Extra Housing While Visiting Family

We slept here while visiting family in Palm Coast for the holiday. The location was good, condo was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The only problem was a leak coming from the condo above, which the maintenance crew addressed promptly, despite it being the day before Christmas.

Excellent condo, great location and clean!

We always travel prepared to clean when we get there and we didn’t have to do anything, extremely clean. I reached out to the property manager twice for things that I needed and got an immediate response and they took great care of us. Will def stay again.
