The Space:
Experience a beautifully renovated apartment with new floors and a refreshing coastal theme, highlighted by light blue paint. The spacious open floor plan offers stunning ocean views. The living/dining area is furnished with a sofa, lounge chair, armchair, a 40' flatscreen TV with DVD player, and a dining table. The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and essential cooking tools. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and a private bath with double sinks, granite countertops, a bathtub, and a large shower. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed with Intracoastal Lake views. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a desk, perfect as an office. WiFi is provided.
Guest Access:
This property is located on the 6th floor and is handicap accessible with elevators. There is free parking for 1 vehicles. There is no assigned parking and you may park in front or underneath the building. Please display the parking pass obtained from the entrance gate guard.
The Neighborhood:
Adventure is not far off if you’re looking to experience something new! In addition to the water sports the beach provides, this property is part of the beautiful Intracoastal & ocean front community of Matanzas Shores with many amenities for your complete enjoyment. Total of 3 Swimming pools, 2 ocean front resort style pools--1 of them is heated year around, pickleball courts, tennis courts, shuffle board, horseshoe pits, sand volleyball court and a dock on the Intracoastal for fishing. There are miles of walking, biking and hiking trails. With State Parks surrounding the area.
Head north on A1A to visit St. Augustine, the nation's oldest continuously occupied city, and take advantage of its limitless shopping, dining, and entertainment opportunities.
Head south to Palm Coast where you will find an array of restaurants and stores including the European Village where you can walk around and enjoy shopping or just sit in the outside café.
The complex has 24 hour security gated access.
Other Things to Note:
- To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, we kindly ask that no parties, events, or smoking inside the home.
- Guests are asked to follow the simple rules outlined in the rental agreement to help make your stay smooth and enjoyable.
- The primary guest booking must be at least 21 years of age at the time of reservation and during the stay. This ensures a safe and comfortable experience for all guests and complies with local regulations.
- Before arrival, the primary guest will complete a quick pre-arrival form via the PMI St. Augustine Guest Portal. This ensures you’ll have everything needed for seamless access and a hassle-free check-in.
- Multiple pools are available on the property. The main pool, located between Surf Club II & III, requires a key fob (provided in the unit). Please kindly return the fob at checkout.
- The Fitness Center and Multi-Purpose Room are located in the lobby near the management office. Access codes are updated monthly, and we’ll provide the current code at check-in.
- All televisions include streaming apps. Feel free to log in with your accounts—just remember to log out before departure.
- Convenient parking is available in the garage beneath the building or directly in front of the property.
- The apartment is located in Building 2. After entering the community gate, it’s the second building on your left.
